My name is Daniella Di Giorgi, I am 18 years old, my whole life I have been over weight. I started to notice and get concerned at the age of 10 when I was getting bullied at school everyday, to the point I was in year six and got pulled out for six months. As I went through high school I could try and diet and exercise but by the end of the week; I gave up as I had no energy or motivation. After multiple times of failure I stopped trying and put more and more unwanted weight on, and saw myself eating more and doing less, buying that next size up every time. As I was in high school in year 11, I started to really put on weight as I was eating take away nearly every day, and was never motivated to exercise. Never weighed myself as I knew I wouldn't like the result.
Through out the middle of year 12, one of my friends invited me to a YOR health party and as I do I said no, because I was skeptical because nothing has ever worked for me, but after months had gone by and me putting more weight on and seeing my friend do well. I knew I could too, so I got on board and started the challenge.
I got the entrepreneur set and was taking meal replacement with berry blast, greens and fibers in the morning as I can't stomach anything. And through out day at lunch I would eat light meals and have vitamins and digest ultra. And at dinner the same.
before bed I would have the repair and probotics. I was taking the products regularly and after a week I was seeing results I felt great and after 2 weeks I lost 4kg which is amazing for me! I was exercising by going for walks for half an hour and doing little core work. I am not a gym guru but this wasn't going to stop me.
This has left a huge impact on my life, it has made me feel amazing in ways of having energy, motivation, don't get so tired, don't get sore when I do hard workout, and feel great all the time! Best thing I have ever done! I would never go back to the ordinary lifestyle when I found a way that makes me feel like a diamond.
