Hey everyone!

I want to start off with thanking YOR health. Over the last 8 weeks I have never felt more energetic or motivated in my life and have lost 6 kgs!

After trying every pre-workout and protein under the sun, I had negative views about supplements and what effect they had on my body. I was tired all of the time, hungry or bloated and constantly felt like I needed that extra coffee to get me up and moving. I've always been an active person, but never have I had the motivation to get up every morning to go to the gym and smash an amazing workout un till I got onto the YOR Heath products.

I wake up to 1 scoop YOR Super Greens, 2 scoops Fibre and 1 berry blast which is an amazing combination mixed with some cold water in a shaker.

I then went to the gym!

I then have 2 scoops of MRP blended with some ice and some spinach or kale, sometimes berries which tastes absolutely amazing and is just what you need after a workout!

I would find myself craving my daily coffee but instead I started to substitute this with a Berry Blast which gave me that extra energy boost I would get from a coffee but no comedown or caffeine craving after! I also had 2x Super Slim

2x Digest Ultra with a 300-400 calorie meal

1x Berry Blast
2x Essential Vitamins

2x Scoops of MRP just with some cold water in a shaker at work

Not only do these products give you energy and make you feel amazing, what I found helped me so much with my sculpting goals was how amazing the MRP tasted! I'm a sweet tooth and instead of eating those biscuits or chocolate worth minimum 500 calories I would substitute it for 2x scoops MRP for 140 calories!
Another one of my favourite products would have to be the super greens and fibre. Having the super greens and fibre filled me so much I would actually forget I hadn't had breakfast after the gym!

Yes these products are no wonder pill or magic substance but they are pretty much close to it! And are all natural so you don't have to feel even a little bit guilty for having them like you would normally with eating that chocolate or drinking that super caffeinated pre-workout to get you through the time at the gym!

I am now starting another 8 week challenge as I am wanting to start bikini modelling, that's how amazing and confident I feel with myself after using these products! I actually cannot believe it.
