Hello all YOR challengers :)
I am absolutely stunned by the result of my first 8-Week challenge! The way how I feel, how my body looks and performs is truly fantastic.
I came across YOR Health during my fiend's party about 2 months ago. I wasn't sure if the products would be for me as I always thought I was doing ok, feeling good, not really overweight, no major health issues, everything somehow felt "normal" and being constantly tired just seemed a part of my busy life...
I quickly realized how wrong I was!! After about 2 weeks on the products I felt an incredible change!
Firstly my energy level just went trough the roof, I am literally jumping out of the bed in the morning, feeling well rested and ready to start my day. This is a huge change for me as I used to snooze my alarm for ages my whole life, struggling to get out of the bed and basically feeling half asleep the whole morning and trough out the day.
Also my digestion is more regular then ever, my problematic skin cleared up within few weeks, I lost weight, and even my alertness and focus is much sharper then before. It didn't take long before even my friends started noticing that I was glowing!
I realized that my "feeling normal" state was far away from how my body is supposed to feel!
I also have to point out that during the first few weeks of taking the products I haven't changed anything else in my life, as unfortunately I didn't have time to exercise due to my busy schedule, nor cook for myself. However this helped me to understand how critical it is to give to my body the basic it needs to run well by itself.
I have picked the Sculpt set and my 8 Week challenge started with:
Morning:
YOR Shake (1.5 scoop)
YOR Fiber Plus (2 scoops)
+ banana + 2 scoops of oats + water
I blend it all together for an amazing breakfast. The taste of the chocolate shake is just out of this world! Every morning I can't wait to have my super mixture ready to fuel my day with protein, minerals, vitamins, fiber, and all the things my body needs to jump start the day!
During my cooked meal:
1 capsule of Digest Ultra
2 capsules of Essential Vitamins
This basically eliminates any bloating, lack of energy or any discomfort I used to have after eating my big meals during the day. No matter how heavy my meal is, my digestion in on top to deal with it!
In the afternoon:
1 scoop of Super Greens
1 sachet of Berry Blast
+ mix with water
My favourite pre-workout "Super Blast" drink! Absolutely amazing to pump me with some more energy, detox and alkalize my body, put everything back in balance and get me ready for my workout.
Before I go to sleep:
1 capsule of Probiotics Ultra
1 capsule of Repair Ultra
I take these right before I go to bed, to make sure my body rests well during the night and is getting ready for another day.
To help my body to recover I take Repair Ultra that eliminates any muscle pain, back pain and speeds up recovery for any little injuries I have (wounds, cuts, bites...) and Probiotics Ultra to help boost my digestive system and get some good bacterias in the body.
Recently I also started taking 1 capsule of Super Slim before each meal that helps me burn all extra fat from my body, it's definitely thanks to Super Slim that I can now see my abs!!
Altogether during my 8 weeks I lost 6 kilos, working out 1-2 times per week (crossfit, squash, jogging). Without any major changes in my diet I managed to meet my goal to transform my body fat into muscle.
I have never seen my body changing so fast, being so strong and feeling so light and energized trough the whole day. It's been a life changer for me and I am thankful to YOR Health for providing me such great products and introduce me to the amazing community of people that comes with it. It has changed my life&body inside and out!
