Challenges are not something I usually sign up for, especially challenges which require 'Before Photos', so I can easily say I stepped out of my comfort zone and it has truly paid off!
My line of work requires constant attention over long periods of time. I was feeling tired, had zero energy, and would often be moody. I'd be pushing myself at the gym but not seeing the results I wanted. This was frustrating and I became quite upset with myself.
Since being introduced to YOR health products I can honestly say I feel like a different person.
My energy levels have sky-rocketed. I am so much more confident with my body, my sleeping has improved, my skin feels clearer and as a result I am so much happier.
I started the challenge weighing 62kgs and I have achieved my target weight of 58kg. However, what impressed me most was that I was able to decrease my body fat percentage by 8%!
By using these products I was able to get so much more out of each workout. Instead of needing to cancel lunch dates with friends and hitting the gym 7 days a weeks in pursuit of my perfect bikini-body, I can spend less time at the gym and have more time for myself.
My favourite products were the Chocolate YOR Shake and Berry Blast. The Chocolate YOR Shake tastes amazing and kept me full throughout the day which meant I could avoid the temptation of naughty snacks. While the Berry Blast massively improved my focus at work as well as giving me that extra push at the gym.
My morning routine started by taking YOR Repair with a YOR Probiotic Ultra, then I'd have a Chocolate YOR Shake mixed with YOR Fiber plus. Throughout the day I would boost my energy with a Berry blast/YOR Supergreen combo and before lunch and dinner I would take my YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR Digest Ultra.
Since I completed my challenge I can’t thank the rep who introduced me to YOR health enough. My entire lifestyle and outlook has changed and so many of my friends are wanting to get involved after seeing my results. I can only hope to inspire others to invest in their health, try the products and discover their potential!
This may have been my first challenge but I am now more than ready to start the next.
