If you're waiting for a sign, then this is it - It's time to get YOR BEST BODY!
Thanks to one of my beautiful girlfriends for sharing YOR health products with me. I was able to get involved in the YOR Best Body 8 week challenge and BOOM - I now have a New body!
Over the past three years I've adopted a very healthy lifestyle. I trained Crossfit 6days a week and I maintained a healthy diet but would often suffer stomach upsets, muscle soreness and tiredness at both training and work and I was never able to reach and maintain my goal weight. And then along come my lifesaver YOR HEALTH.
During the challenge I trained crossfit roughly 3-5days a week. My starting weight was 63kg and I actually lost 5kgs and gained lean muscle mass over the duration of the the 8 weeks. And then Oh my god- I have ABS!
The scales doesn't represent too much to me. But what I've noticed is my changes on the inside. I've really been able to be the best version of myself, more confident and content and sharing more happiness with my family and friends.
The Yor Health products have not only provided my heart with glitter but my body with better sleep, I never have restless nights anymore, a happy stomach, fresh glowing skin - that everyone compliments, and more energy at work - I no longer hit a wall in the afternoons and during my workouts, I'm now up competing against the boys and increasing my weights.
The first product I have in the morning is YOR SuperGreens,YOR berry blast and YOR Fiber plus on ice and water. This is a tasty combination that gets me fired up every single day. Throughout the day I take YOR Essential vitamins and YOR digest ultras with my breakfast, lunch and dinner which provides my body with the correct amount of enzymes. As well as YOR MRP shake post workout, and I did replace a few meals on the odd occasion, and consumed of an evening for a sneaky little chocolate snack, if I craved something sweet. After training I take YOR repair which reduces my muscle soreness and allows my body fast recovery, which enables me to train the same muscle groups. Lastly, before bed I take YOR Probiotics ultra which keeps my stomach happy while I sleep.
I didn't change any of my meals over the challenge and in actual fact I consumed a lot of food. Because eating is important, and what i love about YOR health is we still get to eat real food and add in our products to give our body the best fuel. My diet consisted mostly of oats, eggs, spinach, vegetable, salad, fruit, nuts and meat. I also still treated myself to a KIt Kat each week and had treats over Christmas, and takeaway a few times throughout. I never starved my body and yet I still have the results.
I'm so in love with YOR health products they have really changed my life and I'll be forever thankful!!
