Hey all YOR 8 Week Challengers. My name is Caroline Muller and I'm from Auckland, New Zealand. I am 28years old and a Single Mother of two beautiful children. I have pretty much been Single for over 4 years now and since then, my weight has been changing as the weather has been changing here in Auckland. I weighed 91.7kgs starting this challenge and today, I weigh 82.7kgs which is not my goal weight, but it's close enough and I am MORE than happy to have lost 9kgs.
Before I started this YOR 8 Week Challenge, it was VERY HARD for me to stay focused and loose the weight I needed. I have always been in the 70's prior to having kids and when I had my daughter 5years ago, I weighed in the 90's which was back then, my heaviest. Now that my daughter is 5years old, I still weighed in the 90's which was abit draining at times knowing that I was getting lazy and comfortable.
Once I heard about YOR Health and the products, I immediately wanted to try it and give it a go on how it will work against my body. Once I tried the MRP Shakes, I LOVED IT! I wanted more and was looking forward to the times when it was MRP meals. Then I was hooked onto the Berry blasts which immediately satisfied my needs throughout the day knowing that I was sussed for all 6 meals. Being a energy drink junky, I knew they weren't good for me because of all the sugar it had and knowing that Berry Blast was the next big thing, I LOVED it so much, I'd make sure that it was definitely in my handbag EVERYDAY and EVERYWHERE I went. Each and every product I received in my pack was definitely made use of EVERYDAY that Family and Friends would watch me take it and they'd always ask for a taste. Once they had a sample, they'd ask for more but I told them to get/order there own. lol
Exercising daily then became better and I had more energy then I'd normally have not being on any products. I also slept earlier and woke up earlier ready for my day at the gym and it just became a regular routine, I sometimes forgot I was even doing it. All I can say is that I knew exercising was more easier than my eating but since YOR products became apart of me, I was definitely enjoying everyday more.
After two weeks of using YOR Health products, I didn't really see a difference but could FEEL the difference. It wasn't until I had to go to a Family Event and ALOT of my family that I hadn't seen asked me what I was on. At first I jokingly said it was a Secret but then the Secret was too good to not share that I bragged about the YOR Health products that they needed to try. Also before the Christmas period which I purposely chose to complete the YOR 8 Week Challenge through, I was stoked that I could comfortably fit a jumpsuit I had purchased nearly 6 months ago freely. So to conclude my essay, I would just like to say, YOR Health Products, DEFINITELY WORK and you won't know until you try it!!! So it is A MUST and I LOVE IT!!!!! Can't wait for Round Two!! :)
