I'm so grateful to have been introduced to these products. Not only are your shakes tasty, but I'm part of this amazing support group through What's App. ??

My weight gain started around 4 years ago. I've always been an active person, so when I started to look a little heavier I completely ignored it. I thought I could just do a few workouts, & I'd be back to normal. Many people took the liberty to remind me that I was gaining weight. (Thanks ??) but even that wasn't enough for me to take control of my life. The pounds slowly crept on me.


Fast forward to Oct. 2012... I attended an all white clothing event which a lot of my friends went to. (Sensation White) Boy, did I cry as I was getting ready. I looked & felt disgusting. I made the decision that this night was going to be my last "hoorah" . Last time drinking & eating junk, right after. Well...good thing I did. A few days later my husband & I found out that I was pregnant! ???? I got so serious about eating healthy, and I did a lot of prenatal yoga. I jogged, danced...& best of all, even with my belly bump I felt beautiful. I had my daughter on July 2013. After a few months of enjoying my little blessing to the fullest, I got back into my grind.

I'm a very busy working mom, so my biggest problem was not eating enough! My daily calories weren't the healthiest. I skipped breakfast almost daily. I hit such a plateau, & was even gaining weight again. After seeing my friend Melissa Pray's success...I decided to ask her more about YOR products. Honestly, the main thing that drew me in, was that she wasn't so "in my face about it." I ordered the Slim Set. I'm not perfect, so I have to be honest...I did skip some shakes during the challenge.?? It took me a few weeks to learn that I can't just make a shake & take it to work. I would forget it in the fridge until the next day. So my regimen is to drink my shakes along with Super Greens in the mornings, & after my workouts now. Weight wise I didn't lose too much, but my workouts are pretty intense, & I can see more definition in my body. Overall, I'm happy & finally in control of my healthy Thank you YOR, for being part of my journey!
