This is my first time entering an 8 week challenge and to be honest; I didn't know what to expect.
I had been using similar products for years and thought these would just be the same.
But my boyfriend was persistent on getting me to try them as he said they were different.

I set a goal to build muscle and get from the 58kgs I was to around 62kgs.
From the very first week trying the products I noticed more overall energy at work and gym and a much better sleeping pattern.
I've always had trouble getting ANY sleep at night but not anymore!

I first used products from the promoter set then eventually on to the sculpt set. I tried the whole range to get the full experience. My favourite in particular was combining the berry blast with super greens to make the super blast. Who ever thought anything healthy would taste so good!? I've tasted some other SuperGreens from other brands in the past and they are hard to keep down.

I used the products every day as per recommended and I loved every second of it! The consistent energy levels, hardly any stomach cramps and most of all the uninterrupted sleep! Getting my full 8 hours rather than a maximum of 5 and then working a 10 hour shift everyday.

My mother passed away half way through our challenge and it absolutely destroyed me. Me and my partner took two weeks off to help me surpass this incredible pain. I was worried about not being able to complete my challenge..

I worked out with my partner whenever he went to the gym (often 6-7 times a week!)
He was so surprised and proud that I was now able to keep up with him. Even with the 2 weeks off, achieved my goal of 62 kgs.

I believe all this time we now spend together has strengthened our relationship drastically and I could not be happier. I used to be so self conscious of how skinny I was and hated every time someone had to say "wow you're so skinny!" but now with the extra muscle, I'm proud to wear a bikini to the beach. The yor health range has definitely changed my life and I am a true believer! Even when I do reach my major goal I'm definitely going to continue using the products!
