I chose to do my 2nd challenge straight after my 1st to ensure that I was able to stay focused, determined, and motivated over the holiday season.
Guess what... it worked!!
Wow.. I actually thought I was starting my maintain weight stage and that I wasn't able to lose anymore weight. I have lost about 28kgs in just under 12 months.
I was able to surprisingly lose 3kgs this 8 week challenge!!!
I also gain more muscle definition and my stomach is starting to look soo much more flatter even at night time after a big and stressful day. My pictures were actually taken in the evening which is amazing cause I used to hate looking at myself in the mirror at night time!
Being a corporate accountant for a rapidly growing housing and construction business I am in a high pressure and stressful environment that involves a lot of overtime.
I actually didn't think I was going to finish this challenge but as soon as I got on the scales and took comparison pictures I was blown away at my results and made sure I completed it. (comparison pictures are the biggest motivators to keep focused and determined to achieve yor fitness and health goals)
So to be able to use the Yor Health products everyday it helps me ensure I receive my daily nutrition and to be super efficient allowing enough energy to train hard late at night.
I'd say I generally trained a minimum of 3 sessions of weights a week being legs, arms and shoulders, and back but I would (where possible) train up to 6 days a week of weights as my muscles repair rapidly with Muscle Repair.
Towards the end of my challenge I was sick for two weeks with a middle ear infection that affected my balance and unfortunately as a result I was unable to train or exercise.
Despite being sick I noticed my strength and endurance has rapidly increased and improved.
The last couple of days of my challenge I started to regain my balance and was able to run 15.5kms in 1 hour and 35 mins. I also kept my strength by being able to squat 100kgs (x 15 reps x 3 sets) with more ease after already warming up on 60kg x 15 reps x 2 sets and 80kgs x 15 reps x 2 sets.
My daily regime was fairly similar each day alternating certain meals
Probiotics and Yor slim was taken upon waking up
Breakfast: 2 scoops of Yor Chocolate MRP or 1 scoop of Yor Chocolate MRP with 2 scoops of Greek Yoghurt and Rolled Oats
I occasionally treated myself at breakfast time with Egg and ham Benedict with avocado, tomato, and spinach
Morning snack: Alternated between Supergreens with fibre and Yor Chocolate MRP Protein Balls
Yor Chocolate MRP Protein Balls were made from Yor Chocolate MRP, PB2, rolled oats, mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, pine nuts), organic desiccated coconut, and coconut water
Yor slim was taken 30 mins before lunch
Lunch: Either sushi, chicken salad wrap, or rice paper rolls with my Digestive Enzymes
Afternoon snack: Alternated between Supergreens with fibre and Yor Chocolate MRP Protein Balls
Yor slim was taken 30 mins before dinner
Dinner: Either spicy chicken n rice, stirfrys, sushi, grilled fish or mexican with my Digestive Enzymes
Yor Repair was taken just before I went to bed to relax and relieve my muscles
Some people might prefer specific Yor Health products and yes they are amazing individually but I have noticed that you get the most benefits if you take all of them (Yor MRP, Fibre, Digestive Enzymes, Yor Repair, Berry Blast and Super Greens).
