Hello and good night to all, it has been a hell of a ride on this my 3rd Challenge, day that passes day that i get more excited and more to my main goal which is the 100 Club, i wanted to reach on 3 challenges but with the holidays haha i just couldnt, on this challenge i had to test my emotions and my commitment on everything, from what i eat and what excercise, i appreciate all the help my uplines gave me and my downlines, it was again a group effort and to not let me down on anything, thank you Agustin, Raul and Rocio for all your support and great words of encouragement, my SON ANGEL, which has been my main inspiration to get fit quick and as healthy as possible, i maintained a healthy eating habit in the sense of eating 5 times a day. My day started with 1 capsule of Probiotics and 2 capsules of Repair Ultra, after 1 hr my main course of Mrp, Super Greens and Fiber. 3 hrs later some fruit or yogurt or a snack. 1 hr later or 1 hr before my lunch 2 capsules of Super Slim which has been great of getting that old stacked fat from my arms, legs and waist. At lunch time 1 capsule of Digest Ultra and 2 vitamins. 3 hrs later again some cookies or a slim snack like toast or leftover turkey haha. 1 hr before dinner 2 capsules of super slim and at dinner time 1 capsule of digest ultra and 2 vitamins. Some times i would have mrp with fiber and 2 vitamins, depending if i had time for regular dinner or if i wanted to make dinner haha. Obviously i had a lot of christmas parties and here and there desserts so i had my full or ham and turkey and being mexican then tamales and tacos and tortas, i have no idea why the best foods are with a t but they are good. Berry blast was when i felt a needed a boost but only sometimes in a week. Thank you Yor health for keeping up the good work and with proving society for these great premium products and to let me be a part of it,being part of the winning circle has given me the opportunity to touch so many people and to share my success and triumphs with family and friends, next challenge is the deciding challenge for me because i am going to prove that the 100 club is reachable before a years end of time. That is my main goal and to be able to prove to my Son that all is possible if you set your mind to it. I LOVE YOU and thank you GOD for one more day of life.
