Waddup waddup YORhealth family!
I am so excited to share my results and progress since starting the YOR best body 8 week challenge!
Before using the YORhealth product line I'd been battling with weight loss for years. In the last year I've gained knowledge in nutrients & about the right foods to eat but always fluctuated with my weight. What I didn't realize was how important supplementing was and that our food no longer contains the same nutritional value as it did 50 years ago which means eating clean just isn't enough anymore.
I also suffer from IBS and always find bloating to be a huge problem for me which as a result affected my daily routine, but since being on the YORhealth products range I've noticed a huge difference in not only my digestive system but my energy levels have increased.
I joined the YOR best body 8 week challenge to stay on track with my fitness goals throughout xmas/new year as we all seem to be a little guilty at slacking off at this time. I really wanted to see what my body could achieve when fueled with correct nutrients and i couldn't be happier with the results.
My general routine would be to wake up and start with YOR probiotics, YOR vitamins & YOR repair. Followed by a delicious YOR MRP mixed with YOR fiber and YOR supergreens which started my day with a great burst of energy.
During the day I ate clean meals and washed it down with a big glass of water, YOR vitamins & YOR digest ultra which has enzymes acting as a catalyst to break down the food i eat and to help fuel my body and get the best nutrients from the food i was eating.
The YOR MRP shakes really kept me on track with my goals as it was an easy choice as my afternoon snack if i became hungry whilst working long shifts. Its so quick and easy to make, kept me light and satisfied as it tastes so good!
I also drink my YOR berry blast which i LOVE when i hit that mid afternoon slump or before a workout, helping to keep the energy levels throughout my workout and the rest of my day and it taste delicious. (A Sweet treat that provides energy with only 10 calories - BONUS!!)
As my 8 week challenge continued through Christmas and New Year I did allow myself to have a few cheeky wines and the occasional cheat meal, but knowing i had the YORhealth product line to back me up and cleanse my body i felt a lot better.
Since taking the products I now have the energy to workout 5-6 times a week and with taking the YOR repair after my workout using enzymes to help repair my body after a workout i now don't feel as sore the next day so i'm ready for my workout the next day.
My overall goal was to lose 5kg but after joining the challenge and using the products i began to focus more on measurements and progress pictures. I have lost 500gm, gained a lot of muscle, lost body fat, lost cm's around my hole body and for the first time have maintained a consistent weight which is something i have NEVER been able to do.
I can't recommend the YORhealth range enough as they have truly helped in so many ways and i have watched my body transform in just 8 weeks. I've had comments from a lot of friends and family about my increase in energy and overall size and it feels fantastic.
There is know doubt i'm going to continue with these products.
