Growing up with asthma I was constantly in and out of hospitals. It was a scary time for me but even more so for my parents. I prayed a lot during those times that if my asthma would go away I would live life to it's fullest.

Thankfully during high school it receded. I went on to join a sport every season for the entirety of my school years. Football, basketball, track, xcountry, volleyball.........as much as I could do. I never knew if I would get sick again, so I wanted to take advantage.

After school I started my 9-5 job, an extra business on the side and had no time for health activities............my health slowly diminished. I've forgotten who I was and what my promise was. It must've been 12yrs until I really started to realize how inactive I've become. I could not run a couple of blocks without huffing and puffing, my joints were brittle and hurting from sitting and typing all day, and the worst of it all was that I had ZERO energy. When I got home I did not want to do anything but just pass out on the couch and watch TV. I was stressed out to say the least. Not only did it affect me physically but emotionally I was drained as well. I was unhappy, uncertain, and unconfident....to a point where I couldn't look at myself in the mirror.

After being introduced to YorHealth and the people within its community, it reminded me of the promise I made to myself and god to living active and living a healthy life. To be surrounded by goal oriented AND health conscious people was truly a blessing, not to mention REVITALIZING!

I was inspired after hearing other's stories and their results to enter the challenge. I used the sculpt set product line. My favorite is the yor repair as it helps my muscles to recover from daily wear and tear from my job. On a daily basis I use the vitamin, digestive enzymes, supergreens, berry blast, and muscle fuel. My goal was simply to get my energy back so that I can partake in active sports and adventures. I'm happy to say that I've accomplished that goal and more! Today I feel aware, vital, full of life and energy. Enough energy now to go to the gym 5x a week, play basketball/volleyball weekly, and in this last year complete 4 triathlons, my first ones ever!

I still work, I still run a side business, the only thing that changed has been my nutrition. I feel that I'm in the best shape of my life! Now that i have more energy and look a tad better in the mirror, you bet my confidence has gone up. I certain this will be the best year of my life!
