I first heard about YOR Health products from a mate at my local gym. Began talking about what supplements we take and he brought up the topic about YOR Health & the 8 Week Challenge. I was instantly interested and curious after hearing what he said about the products, the difference they had made to his life from sleeping to working out, toning his body and having endless energy throughout the day.
I have been going to the gym for a bit over a year now and recently stepped up my goal to get stronger and bigger, build serious muscle and have a body I am proud of, after many years of not being happy with it. I have seen improvements in my strength but have been overall disappointed with muscle definition and tone. I had this conversation with my mate and he insisted I try YOR Health Products. He gave me some samples and within the week I had my first ‘Sculpt’ pack ordered. Two weeks on the products and let’s just say I have never felt better in my whole life, I was truly amazed at the difference the products had made to my life in multiple ways. So I had no hesitation to start the 8 Week Challenge and really push myself and see what my body can do. I woke up full of energy, found myself way more focused at work, the days went quicker, I found myself generally in much better moods and just felt confident again. Also found a massive difference at the gym, I d my body fat had already decreased, found myself pushing through workouts more and sustained energy thanks too the Berry Blasts! I could finally see definition to my muscles. I changed my diet to eating whole food proteins from chicken to salmon, I cut out bread almost completely. Cut down on sugar, drank loads more water, I found myself not as hungry and when I did, the YOR Shakes were amazing at lowering my hunger level to make it to dinner after getting home from a long hard day at work.
I took YOR Muscle Repair & YOR Pro-biotics every single morning along with a scoop of YOR Supergreens & YOR Berry Blasts, followed by YOR Shake Meal Replacement later in the morning. I found this filled me up and gave me energy throughout the morning at work. After big meals (lunch&dinner) I had YOR Digest & just before bed every night I took one tablet of YOR Muscle Repair.
I hit the gym 4 - 6 times per week, focusing on strength workouts and muscle building sets. I have recently suffered from stress fractures to both shins, this was very hard to do any cardio being told not to run for 4 months, with still 3 weeks left of no running this was hard to try lose body fat and tone up. I had to alter my workouts to be intense and get my heart rate going, using cross fit techniques and supersets in my workout. Within the first month of the 8 week challenge I notice substantial strength improvements, increasing my PB’s with almost all strength workouts. For the first time in my life I was noticing my body changing, I could start seeing muscles pumping, forming definition and gaining size. This alone improved my motivation even more as I was finally seeing results and seeing a body I was proud becoming proud of. I received compliments from family and friends on my body and figure saying I had toned up and looked like I had lost weight. My goal was to stay the same weight but lose body fat. Upon seeing my muscle definition and size improve, the fact that I stayed in the weight range of 93 – 94 I was extremely happy how my 8 Week Challenge was going. Finishing on 93.7kg, I was very satisfied I was within 300grams of my goal. By the end I couldn’t be happier on the improvement I have made. I can finally see where I want to be in the future with my body and with the help of YOR Health Products, I am confident that they WILL help me get there. I will continue to put in the hard yards and push myself even harder and see what my body is capable of.
I am looking forward to the next 8 Week Challenge and continuing to build muscle and definition, the next challenge I will look to lose some weight to when I go back to running and playing Aussie Rules, I will give my shins the best chance possible to recover and not go back to the pain where I was last year. I know for sure I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t have that discussion with my mate that day at the gym and for that I am extremely grateful!
