Can't believe my 8 weeks is up already! This journey has been such an eye opener to me. I gave birth to my BEAUTIFUL daughter a little over 8 months ago. It's fair to say pregnancy single handedly destroyed my body. But where there's a will, there's a way and I knew if I could gain 30kg's in 9 months I certainly could lose that in 9 months. I weighed in at an embarrassing 96kg's the day before I brought my daughter into this world. I found myself at the heaviest i had ever been in my life- knowing that my daughter only took up 3-4kg max of that total weight gain. I was disgusted i had let myself get to that point. And i knew i could not blame "being pregnant". I was introduced to the Yorhealth 8 Week Challenge when my partner signed up to promote the products and the challenge. I was hesitant to join- knowing that I'd only have myself to blame should I fail. However, I can honestly say the past 8 weeks have given me back my passion and love for sport, exercise, nutrition and the well being of the body. Before taking the Yorhealth products I had regular digestion issues that almost instantly disappeared when I began taking the Yordigest and Yorvitamins. Those two were definately my favourite products. I love eating clean, healthy, nutritious food and exercising daily. Yorhealth has given me back my passion and love for sport and nutrition in which I am qualified to teach (degree in bachelor of sport management)- however I failed to teach myself after having my baby. Thank you Yorhealth for being the light in the dark and the fire to the flame that had almost disappeared. Im sooooo happy to be back in the 60kg weight range! Im disappointed i didn't reach my goal of 10kg weight loss but i know that if i had exercised everyday and eaten clean the entire 8 weeks i 100% would have achieved that, which makes me super excited to start another 8 week challenge! Bring on challenge number 2!
