Hey YOR Health world, my names Kyle Ives and I'm really excited to express my experience of the 8-week YOR Health Best Body challenge.

Never I thought I would have entered a challenge previously or publicly shared something so personal like this before.

I have always been a "fit" guy, surfing nearly every day, playing sports my whole childhood. I always thought I was eating really well and keeping healthy because my physique has always been lean. If you have low bodyfat%, energy and everyone says how do you not put on weight with all the food you eat, then your healthy right?
I thought the same thing before I was introduced to YOR health.

Even though I was like this, if I physically drained my body, had a few bad eating habit days or went out on the weekend to drink, I would ALWAYS end up with some kind of sickness, flu, cold etc and always asked myself why?

I simple wasn't getting the nutrients from my foods even though I ate like a horse.
When I started taking the products, in the 1st week I noticed changes in 3 main areas, ENERGY, RECOVERY and my SLEEP.
I could never go and go all day, would almost always have to have a nap in the afternoons.
If I trained hard, had a big surfing session, it would take me a long time to recover or I would just get flu/cold symptoms.
I used to wake up cranky from restless nights sleeping.

So after feeling so good I decided to give the challenge a crack. My first 2-3weeks were very slow, I had sciatic nerve problems and caught a bug.
A big motivator for me was Greg Plitt. After seeing him at the Annual conference in the Gold Coast, I was hooked. A man with a killer rig and such a bullet proof mindset has really kept me going throughout this challenge. #gregplittkeepingyoufit #rip
Because not only is a challenge of any sort, physically challenging, but the mind is so powerful and if you let negative thoughts control you, you'll never make it.

I went for the sculp and added some extras because I truly believe this is such a well balanced product line.
MORNINGS
1x probiotic
SUPER SHAKE (1x Berry Blast, 1x super greens, 2x scoops of fiber)
1x MRP (would add to smoothies and keep changing it up)

WITH MEALS
1x Digest ultra
1x vitamins

AFTERNOONS
If I was having a slow day I would have another Berry Blast before the gym/work. If I was in a rush, mix up another smoothie with a MRP

NIGHTS
1x repair
Sometimes another probiotic if I felt the need.

Like I stated earlier, Greg Plitt has had a major impact on my mind, fitness, approach to the gym and life.
I signed up to his website and I won't look back.
Following his 90-day Body Transformation videos and I just can't thank YOR Health enough for exposing me to him.
4-6times a week in the gym and mainly workouts in the afternoons because I feel I need to get as much out of my foods during the day to have the energy to do such intense workouts.

My Starting weight was 63kg and finished on 66kg.

Hopefully you get as much out of this challenge, lifestyle and the products as much as I have. Truly is much more than just a challenge.
