Firstly thank you everyone around me and Yor for continuing to inspire and motivate me to continue to improve my overall well being and becoming a better version of myself everyday!
My names Annaleise and when I started this challenge I weighed in at 61.7 and ended this challenge at 58 exactly! During this challenge I actually dropped into the 57s but managed to stack on some lean muscle whilst losing body fat! When I was last scanned two weeks ago I had put on half a kilo of muscle and dropped to 8.7% BF something i would not even think possible for myself I can not wait to get another one done in a couple weeks time to see the continued progress and changes
This has definitely not been my first challenge but was just as enjoyable as the very first one! Together my health my fitness, improving myself and my mind have all become a massive part of the lifestyle I now live.
I have never been so complete and so sure of what my purpose is and where I want to be in all aspects of life, my confidence has sky rocketed and I feel like a I have come so far since first being introduced to the 8 week best body challenge.
During the challenge I made sure I had everything stocked up! Starting every morning with my favourite
Super greens, Fibre & Berry Blast all in the one shake
Followed with 2x Vitamins before my first meal and a digest
A Yor shake when I felt I needed something or was in a hurry because it's so easy and my absolute favourite go to! And when I felt like spoiling myself I would make protein pancakes with it!
As Well as 2x repair with 1x probiotic right before bed
And sometimes I would have an extra repair after a tough workout too
Lastly what doing these challenges have taught me is to never give up on what you want, just go for it! It's helped me build a strong foundation and each challenge I have continued to build upon that bettering myself every time. I don't only feel and look better I can now honestly say I feel like I can achieve anything I set out to do and I am a lot stronger mentally and physically when it comes to all the challenges life throws at me
