Hi everyone!! Josh is my name and I was introduced to Yor health about 8 months ago. I was trying the products on an off for a while I tried to do 2 cycles but never completed them. I've always battled with weight and food addiction. I'm not the one for eating super clean and lean, for me it was about minimizing proportions in food and eating good food.
I have a generally busy life, I work part time as a case worker helping youth at risk, part time doing Yor health and training and playing sport as much as I can. My body type is eat eat and pack on the weight, exercising came in handy but I always seemed to think I had to work harder to get the weight off. I found that wasn't the case. 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise.
I was lacking energy and I found the berry blast and super greens was helping a lot, I felt a difference in the second week, I'm not a morning person and I found myself waking up early with a great sleep and wanting to train. I was feeling on top of the world I went from 2 days of training to 5 days of training. I was doing circuit training, boxing, football and cycling. I was also taking the super slim to minimize my food intake and also the MRP to replace some meals. The best product I loved was the digestive, not feeling bloated and just really feeling a difference within in body. My recovery went from 3 days to 1 day. My performance overall was getting better and better.
My starting weight was 93kgs I ended up losing 5kgs and packed on 3kgs of lean muscle. Due to the cycling I think all the muscles went to my legs.
I have recommend Yor health products to so many of my friends and they are getting great results and they too feeling amazing. Im going to start my second cycle and my goal is to get more leaner and performing better at sports.
