To best tell this story I will have to start with my background. I have been fit my whole life, sport and exercise were daily joys and rituals. Being a personal trainer for four+ years I would keep at peak performance daily and help others do the same.

I never used to understand clients that lacked the motivation or that would fail to complete an exercise. Always being so fit I just couldn't comprehend not wanting to exercise. Just over two years ago I was in a motor vehicle accident that was meant to end my life. Waking up from a coma, paralysed waist down with both legs shattered aswell as the entire left side of my upper body I refused to believe that was my future.

It was a very long, slow, and gruelling recovery, learning to walk. Failing to complete one single push up, and losing the will to keep active I fell into a slump.
Being introduced to this business I now know I used it as an excuse to keep busy. I would constantly pass on the opportunity to do something I used to love to do everyday.

This last 8 Weeks have been more of a test mentally rather than physically. Thankfully using all the products for over twelve months prior I managed to maintain my weight, but my fitness was appalling. In this 8 Week Challenge I really had to focus, both with exercise and nutrition. I am so thankful to say that my mindset is back.

Now I am exercising daily and not feeling the need to binge on processed foods. I have literally felt my confidence and mindset change as my results have gotten better.

My want to help others really came back as I started helping myself. I have been running free bootcamps in the mornings for anybody that wants a fun, social exercise environment. It also felt really great helping the team on there challenges to push them closer to their goals.
Over the 8 weeks I have seen their motivation and drive skyrocket as their fitness improved.

All up, I am so grateful I took on the Yor Best Body Challenge, not only has it helped me get my body and performance back, but also the motivation and drive to help others do the same.
