I started the YOR best body challenge again after one of my customers and good froends got outstanding results in her Slim category and actually placed 2nd. That inspired me to want to get the same results for myself.
I am a Personal Trainer so looking and being fit and health has a big impact on my career. I have always struggled with stripping down body fat so when I discovered YOR health I was so excited to get started straight away. I have been involved with YOR health and taking there products for a little while now and have now found myself in such a great routine with taking my products that I seriously dont remember what it was like not to have them in my everyday life.
I started out with the sculpt set plus the super slim for the challenge.
I found once I got back into taking all of the products again I was bursting with energy and feeling amazing again. And my sleep well I have never slept so well before.
Being a personal trainer as well as a fitness instructor is a very demanding job and although I am constantly active and did weights and cardio 5 days a week, I could never seen to drop that midriff and back weight but after just 3 weeks in my challenge i noticed significant changes, the fat was just melting away. I stopped weighing myself throughout the second half of the challenge because even though I could see I was losing weight the scales were going up which was clearing telling me that I was successfully building lean muscle.
My routine constisted of:
Early Morning - Probiotic, Superslim & Repair Ultra
Breakfast - MRP shake with fibre and berry blast
Morning tea - nutribullet blended juice with SuperGreens and a banana
Lunch - digest with something yummy ( Superslim 30mins before)
Dinner - digest ( superslim 30mins before)
Exercise- weights 5 days a week with cardio session 6 days.
I have had my ups and downs over the 8 weeks but even so kept seeing changes in my body. My clients now look at me with inspiration which is so rewarding. This challenge has changed my life for the better both mentally and physically. I am happier healthier and stronger! I have built more muscle mass in this short amount of time then I have in the last 6-12 months.
I can not wait to keep seeing changes in my body and share my story with others so they to can see how amazing these products really are.
