Before starting the YOR Best Body 8 week Challenge I considered myself a fit and healthy person with the belief that all necessary nutrients for the body can be sourced from whole foods. I have since found that this was why I struggled to maintain my ideal weight and lose body fat percentage. I weighed 57 kg, exercised 5-6 times a week and ate very strictly with no real results. I would often get disheartened at times and binge eat on weekends; repeating a cycle that could not be maintained for long periods.

When a close friend of mine introduced me to YOR Health I was sceptical at first, especially about the YOR MRP shake, however, I saw her results and thought I would give it a go. My main aim wasn't to lose weight as I know I didn't have much to lose, rather it was to decrease my body fat percentage, increase muscle tone and definition and create a routine that is easy to maintain my ideal body without giving up the luxuries.

I purchased the sculpt set and within a week of taking the products my bloating and cravings had ceased, my energy levels increased, I was sleeping better and I had dropped nearly 2kg.

The YOR MRP Shakes are now one of my favourite products. I replace my breakfast with a shake and love how delicious it is simply with water or even adding any fruit or superfoods. The breakfast shake keeps me sustained and feeling full until lunch with plenty of energy to get through my busy mornings. Most of my usual exercise sessions are high intensity, including intervals and circuit training. Once I started taking the YOR Repair Ultra, I noticed my recovery time easily halved and I was able to train more often without recurring soreness. The YOR Repair Ultra has now become another of my favourite products.

The first 5 weeks of the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge I was able to maintain a consistent routine. What tested me was the remaining 3 weeks because I had to travel interstate for work. I was unsure how I would continue the schedule. However, the YOR Health products proved versatile as all I needed was water, a shaker and a bit of extra room in my suitcase.

The first 5 weeks consisted of:
Before breakfast: YOR Probiotic Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra (only on days I exercised)
Breakfast- 3 scoops YOR MRP Shake + 2 scoops YOR Fibre Plus (I sometimes added fruit, chia seeds and goji berries)
Lunch- YOR Digest Ultra
Afternoon snack- YOR Supergreens + YOR Berry Blast
Dinner- YOR Digest Ultra
Before bed- YOR Repair Ultra (only on days I exercised)

Last 3 weeks of 8 week challenge I introduced YOR Super Slim and YOR Essential Vitamin:
Before breakfast: YOR Super Slim, YOR Probiotic Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra (only on days I exercised)
Breakfast: 3 scoops YOR MRP Shake + 2 scoops YOR Fibre Plus + YOR Supergreens + YOR Berry Blast and YOR Essential Vitamins
Lunch- YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Super Slim and YOR Essential Vitamin
Snack- 1-2 scoops YOR MRP Shake (only sometimes)
Dinner- YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Super Slim and YOR Essential Vitamin
Before bed- YOR Repair Ultra (only on days I exercised)

In the 8 weeks I purposely did not change my exercise regime to see the full benefits of the products. After staying consistent and taking the YOR Health products religiously I have decreased my body fat percentage and increased my muscle definition which is evident in the photos. I lost 3 kg and now weigh 54 kg, and lost a total of 26 cm from my waist down. I could not be happier with the results and cannot wait for the next 8 weeks.
