I'm super excited to have completed my 2nd cycle of the 8-week challenge.

I can say this time around I was more determined than ever to get RESULTS! My start weight was 100 lbs and my end weight is 100 lbs.

Although I did not have a difference in my weight I have toned and sculpted my body. Throughout my 8-weeks, I used the entire Best Body set. I was on the regimen of waking up first thing to take my morning daily pack on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. It helped to flush all toxins and waste. I'll then take 1 capsule of the complete burn right before working out and after my workout I would make my Yor Shake *I love Chocolate =D with Fiber Plus. After I shower I would refresh with Supergreens! I would have 1 small portion meal in the afternoon with my meal 1 pack. Within 2 hours or so I would have another Yor Shake and in the evening before 8 I would have my second meal with meal 2 pack. Before bed I would work out another Supergreens and sometimes go for my 3rd Yor Shake. There was no day that ever gone of me not on my products.

As I have always been small and petite it was at times also an excuse I gave myself that I didn't need to work out daily. However I do enjoy I yoga when make time. I just wasn't living in the gym. It wasn't until one day on my day 36 that I worked out and felt like taking a progress photo where I realized my abs we're starting to get defined. I saw the lines and it clicked to me that "HEY! If I start to really focus and be determined to win I THINK I CAN WIN #1!!!" After that progress photo and posting it up on Facebook, I had so many friends and family members ask me "Lisa what are you doing?". From then my commitment to my 8-week challenge gone to another level and I wanted to REALLY compete. Again I am not an expert in the gym so I knew better, for me to get results I had to seek expert advice and have a workout plan. I had a few friends I would speak to the night before to get my next day's plan so when I go in the gym I didn't waste time and I knew what I was doing. My last week and a half of the challenge I started to work out 2 times a day. I love feeling great after my workouts and I can say I love the discipline and the pain.

Not only have I changed my body through the 8-week challenge, I made a complete change in my lifestyle. A few months back I made a change in my diet where I became a pescetarian. I wanted to eat more clean. In this current cycle there was a change I didn't plan for until the last 8 days. A few friends and I decided to go PLANT STRONG and eat the best quality rich foods to get amazing results and help each other win the challenge. I have never felt better about myself and my life until the past few weeks. I am more confident, my skin is great, I have energy, I love flexing, but more importantly I enjoy inspiring other women to want to get into their Best Body. Also whenever I go home to visit my family now, because of my goal and what I choose to eat and not eat has even influenced my family to make healthier choices! I love seeing how as a family they are not eating junk food and becoming more conscious of their health in addition to using some of our products such as our Essential Vitamins and Digest.

I am excited to see where I can take my body in cycle 3! =D
