Ok so I have just completed my 2nd cycle of the 8week challenge. I completed my first challenge just before Christmas 2014 and as the festive season kicked in so did my weight and my fitness. I had put on around about 4kgs in just 3 -4 weeks and already feeling miserable about myself. So 2015 wasn't looking to good health wise. I knew had to jump back on the challenge not just to drop a few kgs but to get back into a healthier lifestyle that I would maintain in the future. I ordered my sculpt pack and when it arrived it was game on!!
I continued to use the same eating routine that was so successful for me in the last challenge. So I would start my morning with my best friend Berry Blas. This would give the drive to get out of bed and get to the gym. After the gym session it was time for a Vanilla Yor Shake and Ultra Repair pill to look after the recovery of the muscles. After a few snack meals and Lunch I would take a Yor Digest pill to aid in the digestion of my lunch. Have another berry Blast and after work when I got home it was MRP time. Another snack aroun 4-5pm then dinner about 8pm. When its time to go to bed I'd take another Repair pill plus a Probiotics pill. Then do it again every Monday - Friday and usually chuck in a cardio on Saturday then rest Sunday. This was how I used the products for the 8 Weeks. Our product line is amazing definitely the best by far.
Training was intense. My wife was also on the sculpt challenge so we would do all our gym sessions together. This made me train at another level.... because no way was she gonna be lifting more then me!!!! we are both competitive so we really pushed and motivated each other. We both got super strong! yaaay.
I'm a very busy man and have 4 children. They keep me on my toes and are very active kiddies. Although my goals I wrote at the beginning were to get stronger and fitter... they are just stepping stones to create a healthier way of life for me to be active and full of energy to spend quality time with my young ones. I hope my actions will encourage my kids and family to stay fit and make healthy nutritional decisions.
Thanks Yor Health for this opportunity to do the 8 week challenge. Theres a lot more smiles around our house and my wife and I now go on dates to the gym! lol... But honestly, im so happy with what I have achieved in this challenge & no doubt the Yor Health products will always be present in our household.
