When I first heard about the YOR Best Body Challenge from a friend, I was skeptical. I didn't believe that a line of products could really make a huge difference in how I felt, or to help me see the changes in my body that I had been wanting. I was in a rut though. After having my second baby I just wasn't happy with the person that I saw in the mirror each morning. I had already completely changed my eating and resumed teaching my four Zumba classes a week, and although I had already lost 65 lbs, I needed that extra push to break through my plateau.

I finally decided to join the challenge after looking at some pictures of former participants. So many of them had completely transformed themselves in just eight weeks! It was all or nothing, and I was going to give it 100%. I signed up with the sculpting package because I decided that for the first time in my life, I was going to get some muscle!

I was so excited when I received my package of products in the mail. I was going to wait and start on a Monday, but I was ready to change my life and so I started that very day- a Friday. I've always had a really hard time drinking protein shakes, and was so happy to discover that I loved the MRP! I drank MRP three times a day and actually looked forward to those meals more than my regular meals. After the first week of taking the sculpt package I noticed that I had tons of extra energy! So much so that I was able to start adding a more structured weight lifting program to my routine without feeling exhausted at the end of the day. The YOR Berry Blast gave me that extra push when I needed it.

I started noticing changes in myself so quickly that it only further motivated me and reassured me that I had made the right decision in signing up for this challenge. It was exactly what I needed to help me reach my fitness goals. I was able to lose 7% body fat and am headed in the right direction on my quest for muscles. This is a plan that I know I can continue with. The YOR Best Body Challenge not only helped me to be proud of the body I have, but helped me to realize how good I can feel! I have so much energy and feel like I can do anything now. The eight weeks may be over, but my fitness journey is not. This was just the beginning and I can't wait to see what the future will bring.
