Before I was introduced to YOR Health and before I took part in this 8-Week challenge, I had tried everything. I was 27 years old, I had trained hard at the gym about 5 times a week for 3 years prior, from excessive cardio to weight training, without being able to tone up my body or reach a state that I was happy and confident.
Before my journey with the products, I was constantly bloated and was always uncomfortable after eating with stomach cramps, as my digestion was horrible. I struggle for energy at work every day which would find me relying on energy drinks and gym pre-workouts to get me through the day.
In summer being in a bikini around my friends, especially those that were a few years younger than me would put me into a horrible state of mind. My friends that were in the early 20’s always looked amazing, they were toned, healthy and I would always compare myself to them which would find me really depressed in myself. This took a toll on my relationship as I was very insecure with the way I looked. I felt that I was doing all the right things, exercising and eating right but my body wasn't changing and I was fed up.
When my friend Kate introduced me to the products I was excited to give them ago! My energy improved straight away and I had no down effect from the berry blast which was such a relief from what I was use to with the energy drinks and pre-workouts. Within the first week my digestion really improved, my bloating reduced and now my belly is constantly flat and toned. I have never felt so good in my life, so energized and full of life.
During this challenge, I took the products religiously, whilst keeping a fairly clean diet during the week, but eating whatever on the weekend at social events. I was able to lose a total of 2.5 kgs. I also reduced my exercise to 3 times a week as I wanted to test the products and my body. I am over the moon knowing that I can keep a social lifestyle whilst maintaining a healthy and toned body thanks to these products.

Today I am in the best state I have ever been in, and am actually working towards competing in a fitness modelling competition in 16 weeks which I never ever dreamt about doing and it is all thanks to YOR Health! I am so happy with my results on these products and I cannot recommend them enough. I am finally happy, healthy and confident in my skin and this has improved so many aspects in my life, I am so grateful.
