First thing I would like to say is thank you to YOR health for these amazing products and helping me change my life for the better!

Before starting YOR health I was unmotivated and just bluntly, couldn't be bothered. I would take my gym gear to work, all equipped to go afterwards, however come 5pm I was just too tired and exercising was the last thing on my mind.


I was introduced to the YOR health products just before I signed up for this challenge. I started off weighing in at 69kg and was feeling bloated, sluggish and self conscious of my body.

I decided it was time I made a change to the way I felt and especially the way I looked. Enough was enough so I bit the bullet one more time to see if I could change my lifestyle and make a difference to my body. I have had a long history of starting things like this in the past and not seeing them through so I was determined to reach the end with this one.

A week and a half in to the challenge I couldn't believe how great I was feeling, I hadn't felt that amazing in a very long time. I exercised 3-4 times a week and after 4 weeks I started to notice a change within myself. Since starting this challenge I have grown to a love of pump class and boxing!

Every day I was having a Red Bull or V energy drink for breakfast and during the day I would have some sort of soft drink. I have done this for the past 6 years! When I started the challenge I decided to cut these completely out of my diet. Don't get me wrong, I crave it every day but I have started to drink more water which will make the cravings go away. I am now drinking about 3L a day. I used to only have about 600ml!

I now weigh 62.5kg and feel the healthiest I've felt in years. I am no where near where I want to be just yet but smashed my first goal and I couldn't have done it without these products and motivation of my competitors.

The products I took each day were as follows;

Morning
1x YOR vitamin
1x YOR ultra probiotic

1x scoop YOR supergreens
2x scoops YOR fiber
1x scoop YOR vanilla shake
All together with the addiction if half a banana and a cup of coconut milk to make a smoothie type drink.

I've never really been a big breakfast eater so these shakes filled me up until lunch time every day.

Lunch
1x super slim
2x ultra digests
Small meal, usually some chicken with vegetables.

Afternoon
If I wasn't feeling my best before a workout I would have 1x berry blast just to give me that extra bit of energy to push through the rest of the day. I usually also had a scoop of YOR shake if I was feeling hungry before my workout.


Dinner
1x YOR super slim
2x YOR ultra digest
A well balanced meal

Before bed
1x YOR probiotic

I'm more than excited to start my next YOR best body 8 week challenge and hit my next goal.
