I'm absolutely thrilled with the results I have achieved on the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge and these results have proven to me that this system really does work and the quality of these products is unlike no other!
I've been a devoted YOR Health Customer for a while now and have always loved the energy and simplicity of all of the products; however the results have come from commitment to following an easy, simple regime.
I joined the Challenge to get my health back in line after a few consistent months of stressful and long day’s poor sleep and eating habits that led to binging. I had discipline at the gym but did not fuel my body right. I was lethargic, crashing midday and stressing myself and my body out.
What I really set out to achieve by doing the Challenge was to take the pressure off myself that I needed a crazy diet and that ridiculously clean eating to get results. I also wanted to enjoy my weekends with friends which meant adding the occasional drinks. I wanted this challenge to reflect a healthy and balanced lifestyle and I did that with more energy and a smile on my face!
My regime for my 8 week Challenge was based a Monday to Friday workday routine and then weekend fun! I started every day of my challenge with my favourite combination of the YOR SuperGreens, YOR Berry Blast and YOR Fiber. It kicked my day off with tons of energy and it felt and tastes amazing! I would then have my YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins with my lunch and evening meals to ensure I was having my daily nutrients. The YOR Digest Ultra really enabled me to enjoy my meals knowing my tummy would be relaxed and digest the food with ease! I would finish my day with the YOR Probiotic for incredible sleeps.
Undeniably my favourite YOR Health Product is the YOR Chocolate and Vanilla Shakes! I would have one for breakfast every day after my morning walk and on the days I trained weights I would have a second!! They are super easy to digest and taste DELICIOUS!
As for my training, I would walk 4 days a week in the morning with a 7 minute abdominal session and 4 days a week I did either a 30 minute HIIT session or trained weights. I was never in the gym for over an hour. This was a massive change to the 5-6 days of hard weight training that I generally would have done.
This Challenge really made getting healthy fun and flexible.
