Hi I'm Brian Dube from Miami, one of the most amazing city in the world, and it will be my pleasure to share with you guys my experience after joining this amazing challenge. As a personal trainer my main goal always has being and still is, to have a perfectly sculpted body, so since I found this challenge, I quickly realized this was my best opportunity to achieve my goal as rapidly as possible.
Starting the 8 week challenge with a clean diet, an amazing supplements and a good fitness program designed by myself, I proceeded in this way.
First 4 weeks.
After wake up with a glass of water I had my YOR Probiotic ultra and 2 YOR Repair ultra.
Breakfast: - In a blender, 2 scoops of YOR MRP, 1 scoop of YOR Fiber plus, 3 spoon of plain greek yogurt, combined whit some almond milk and frozen fruits (strawberry for vanilla shake and banana for chocolate), and also I had one slide of dark wheat bread with some butter and two slides of fat free turkey ham. Plus 2 YOR Multivitamins.
Half an hour before going to the gym I had my YOR Super Greens mixed it with YOR Berry Blast, and while doing exercise I used my YOR Muscle Energy. But allow me telling you something about the latter, what a product!! Well I just can say WOW and it's my favorite of course, sincerely just 5 to 10 minutes after a have my YOR Muscle Energy I'm able to extreme my power for as long as I'm there.
Lunch and Dinner: - I did a clean diet combining a good source of Carbohydrates, Protein and Essential good fats like avocado, almonds, etc. Always using 1 YOR Digest ultra and 2 YOR Multivitamins.
Snacks: I had 2 or 3 during the day depending of how busy I was, one between lunch and dinner the other one about 9pm, the third one was optional if I woke up earlier, between breakfast and lunch and they were simples, 1or 2 scoops of YOR MRP blended whit some fruits, natural juice, and liquid plain yogurt. That was my first half of the challenge, but in the last 4 weeks I made a couple changes.
Wake up: -Water and YOR Probiotic Ultra.
Breakfast: - 60 grams of Oatmeal with almond milk, adding 2 scoops of YOR MRP, 1 scoop of YOR Fiber plus, 1 spoon of chopped almonds, and also I had the same slide of bread with butter and ham.
I used the same procedure of the first 4 weeks for gym time, snacks and lunch. But here it's what I changed. I substituted my dinner whit another delicious Oatmeal like the one I had had in the morning, always using my YOR Digest, and Vitamins, and also the YOR Repair I started having it after my workout with whatever meals I had.
Ok, now you might be asking, "and what did you do for exercise?" Well let me tell you, I designed a simple program consisted in hypertrophic. Working for 5 days a week and resting the next 2.
First exercise of whatever muscle I was working that day, I did 4 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions, and the next 3 exercise (I never do more than 4 exercise for muscle) I did 3 sets of 10 to 12 rep. All this in a tempo of 2.0.2.0, cause that's the important part as well the weight which I personally recommend to load in a way that you could do at least 10 rep. giving your maximum effort, but without breaking your body. Always ending my workout with abs and 15 to 20 min of cardio at a 60% HR, which will allow you to burn fat, and which you can calculate this way (220 minor Age multiple by 60% multiple by 1.15) them that will by the HR you might maintain while you do your cardio session to make your body burn the fat accumulated.
Well I really hope my experience can help you to archive your goal, and as a conclusion I have a couple things to say.
Let's be clear in one thing, these products aren't a miracle but pleas don't misunderstand me, what I'm trying to say is, that always it will take your best effort from your side archiving a perfectly sculpted body, and what these products really do, is give you the perfect tool to reach it faster, and also in my personal opinion miracle just happens once in a while, and these products as well this amazing company has arrived to stay forever and change people's lives, so come with us and enjoy this journey as well we have done.
