Quick info about myself. As you can probably see around my profile my name is Ronald Suing. I am 21 years old and I used to be unfit and fat. We'll bring it back around 5 years ago. Back then I did a minimum of fitness activity. I would go for a run and lift a few weights and in doing so I notice my body changing. So I thought hey why don't we supplement it and buy some 'protein shakes' (the ones that you buy in shops). In doing so I created muscle mass and I was happy with myself. I got bigger but I wasn't really healthy. Eventually after not doing any workout I gained so much fat and that really brought my morale down.

My mindset was horrible I was tired all the time! Sleeping in, feeling lazy on a day to day basis. One day my fit and good looking buddy came up to me and said. 'hey man I remember when you used to work out. Tell you what why don't you try these products?' At this point I was really desperate. At this point I've had it with drinking recklessly every weekend and feeling like shit.

So I saved up a bit of money and got started on the sculpt set. On my first week of getting started I immediately saw results. I was full of energy and I was so motivated to get rid of my old habits. (Drinking, staying up late, not looking after my body).

So doing the fitness and using the YOR Health products the 5th week came like a breeze. I didn't even realize we were on our fifth week. So I decided to then take a photo. Then BOOM! I was so shocked with the change my body has gone through at my 5th week I have lost 5kg's! And I was already looking 5x sexier than before. At this point I'm still not 100% Happy with it. But at this point I was more dedicated to keep pushing. Can you believe it? From 77 to 72 in 5 weeks!!

With the fitness side of things was a bit difficult since having a busy lifestyle and job. That's when I realized I was so lucky to be back up by a great supplement!! I wake up at 5.00 am to get ready for work and finish around 5.30 pm. So squeezing in fitness was difficult but since I am now a lot healthier I didn't have any excuses cause my body could take the pain! So around 7.00pm my mates and I go to the gym and work out. Cardio as a warm up and weightlifting afterwards. Nothing too fancy. And with that sort of schedule I can honestly say that YOR Health has changed me not only physically but mentally.

YOR Health has changed my life and the way I look at it. When back then I'd think "I can't lift that" Now I am a lot stronger because my body is working like a fine machine. I am no longer running on junk food, oily food, food and drinks filled with sugar. I now know what is great for my body and I can honestly say that YOR Health is a base need product and I will continue taking it for as long as I need!!
