Hi my name is Liam Bartlett, I am 21 years old and I started this challenge at 83.9kg, I was unmotivated and lacking energy. My aim was to get fit, strong, lean and to finish under my goal weight of 82kg. Gladly I can say I achieved my goals with the YOR Best Body 8 week Challenge.
I would start each day with a YOR MRP shake blended with YOR Fibre plus, chia seeds and a banana. I would also have a YOR supergreens shake mixed with a YOR Berry Blast. With this shake two YOR Essential vitamin and a YOR muscle repair were also taken. I found it was an energy kick I needed to start my day. Not only did it help me in the morning but I could keep this long lasting energy all day.
Apples, grapes and rice crackers were some of the snacks I would consume between breakfast and lunch.
For lunch I would usually have a chicken salad/wrap, brown rice and tuna or 2 poached eggs on a piece of toast. YOR digest ultra and two YOR essential vitamins would be taken mid meal. If I was training in the afternoon I would have a second YOR berry blast to really get motivated.
I would often snack on almonds or cruskets between lunch and dinner.
Dinners mostly consisted of fresh fish and salad, lean steak and veggies, chicken and salad wraps or pumpkin soup. Two YOR essential vitamins and a YOR digest ultra were taken with dinner. Just before bed I would take a YOR probiotic and a YOR muscle repair.
My training regime consisted of exercises to add muscle and tone up and improve my cardiovascular endurance. I would gym 3-4 times a week and at the gym I would complete weighted exercises to increase muscle mass and strength. I would also jog 1-2 times a week to improve my cardio and overall fitness. The results I got in the gym were by far the best I have ever done and I put it down to feeling fresh and energetic from the YOR health supplements.
This is the best I have ever felt and I am so proud in my efforts and results that I have gotten from the YOR Best Body 8 week challenge. After feeling this great from the challenge I am eager to get out and achieve even more results and help my friends and family along the way too. This is simply the best start to 2015!!
