WOW!! I am absolutely blown away!

For those of you who know my story from the last 8 weeks, you understand why I am so passionate about YOR Health and this product range!

4 days into my challenge, I blacked out in the gym. As a result, I had migraines for the following 27 days, which meant I was unable to partake in any form of physical activity or to attend work. I was in and out of hospital and medical centres having scans and tests on my brain to determine what was going on. I contemplated giving up on the challenge, but stayed positive and the challenge of completing the challenge was intriguing and motivating! Thankfully, I was given the all clear eventually and returned to the gym on Day 28, and went about making up for lost time!

For as long as I can remember, I have been dedicated to inspiring others to live a life of health and fitness, but the end of last year/the start of this year, I found myself in my worst shape ever. This was my fuel! My goal... a fitness competition that was set to fall on the completion of challenge (unfortunately it was cancelled!). I wanted to inspire again, and hopefully my results have allowed me to do so!

My results stretch so far beyond the visual. Every day I wake up feeling absolutely amazing. SO clear, SO healthy and SO energetic! As a shift worker in an underground coal mine, my body is constantly exposed to harsh conditions/unhealthy environments, so servicing my body with excellent nutrition is paramount!! I all my years involved in health, fitness and nutrition, I have never come across products that I would describe as 'perfect' until now. They have certainly changed my life and have me feeling and living better than ever!

MY DAILY PRODUCT REGIME

- 3 meals (YOR Digest with each meal)
- Super shake upon waking (YOR MRP, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fibre Plus & YOR Berry Blast)
- YOR Berry Blast pre-workout
- 1-2 YOR MRP & YOR SuperGreens shakes (1 immediately post-workout)

MY WEEKLY EXERCISE REGIME

- 6-7 intense weight sessions
- NO CARDIO (train with enough intensity and you will receive cardiovascular benefits)
- 1 yoga session
- 0-1 rest day
