Hi, my name is Nalee Vang. The biggest problem I have ever faced throughout my entire life was my weight. Starting in my middle school years, I was an average girl weighing 120 pounds. When I graduated in my senior year of high school, I noticed that I gained 70 pounds. Right after that, I gained an extra 30 pounds over summer vacation before I started college. I was now at my heaviest, 220 pounds. It became very normal for me to gain weight and even though I was scared, I wasn't able to lose any weight with all the hard work I put into doing so. When my brother was introduced to a company called Yor Health, the first person he told about it was me. I gave it my all and decided that if these products from this company also doesn't work like all the other products I have used before then I was going to quit trying to lose weight. It came to a big surprise that after using these products for only one week, I was able to lose 10 pounds! I was so confident in my weight loss that I entered the 8 week body challenge. Because of this challenge, I have lost 35 pounds and 6 inches off my waist weighing at 185 pounds!
How I got to my weight now was all because of the Yor Health product line. And with these products, I came up with my own regimen to help me keep a track of my weight management. Every morning I would take a probiotic and a repair to help set my day. I start off my day on these two products because the probiotic helps me reduce my digestive symptoms and the repair helps to regulate my body's stress and injury. For breakfast, I actually take a digestive ultra and replace my breakfast with an MRP shake mixed with fiber plus and super greens. With this, I am able to have a healthy breakfast with all my nutrients in it. Crazy isn't it! After having my MRP, I would take a vitamin. As soon as I'm out the door, I would drink a berry blast so that i can have that morning energy. For lunch, I would usually have any kind of meal. Again, I would take another vitamin but this time, since it's already halfway through the day, I would also take a complete burn or a berry blast to help boost up my energy level. For dinner, it's just like my breakfast, I replace my meal with an MRP. I have also noticed that after having an MRP or any meal, drinking super greens afterwards helps to settle the stomach very well. I would usually replace 2 meals out of the 3 meals for the products. Finally, before I go to bed, I always take another probiotic. This actually works very well for me, and I'm glad it does.
Many people ask me if I do this everyday. Honestly, I used to be scared of what people would think of me. In fact, I used to hide the products from some of my friends because of how negative they were about using such things. If they were with me all day, I didn't even dare to take out anything that had to do with Yor Health. But now that I know how important Yor Health has become to me, every time someone asks me if I do actually use these products every single day, I just simply smile and say "yes" because it's true! Plus, the products taste good! I can't get enough of it. If I was to forget to take something, I know that I just have to pick up from were i left off and just keep up with what I'm doing to make myself healthier. Because of this, I always use the products everyday.
For this challenge, I took exercising as a "must do" on my weekly schedule. I went through my first week of losing 10 pounds without exercising much. I thought to myself that if I did exercise, I could keep shedding off the weight, and I did! As a full time university student, I now see everything as an obstacle course. I would speed walk to class all the time and instead of taking to elevator, I would take the stairs to get to my classes, and it has become something fun I look forward to doing every week. Now don't get me wrong. Even though this is something very little that I do, on the weekends, it's all about sports. Now this is where the fun starts!
This challenge has brought me so far in becoming healthier. Knowing that I am able to now manage my own weight and still eat the foods I love is impeccable. Not only that, what I enjoyed most since I started to lose wieght is that none of my clothes fit me anymore! Because of this, my whole wardrobe has completely changed. The way I present myself is even more amazing to let other's see. I never thought of how much my life can change from just becoming healthier. I now have so friends and families asking me how I did it. All I can say is " It all because of Yor Health for helping me become who I today. If it wasn't for Yor Health, I would never have the confidence I have nor the support I gained today." This company has changed my life completely into something magical and full of possibilities.
