Holy crap, what a ride.
After years of ‘trying’ different products and losing a bit here and there, I finally found something that didn’t just help me donate those excess kilos back to the universe (aka lose weight), but completely helped shift my mindset around what goes into my mouth.
Not only have I dropped 15 kilos, which happens to be 17% of my current weight, but I have stacked on the muscle – all this while I was running 2 business’.
I started off at 103.5 and now am at 88.5. Never did I think i would be able to see a number starting with 8 on the scale again, what an amazing journey of lifestyle change!
Believe it or not, after the 8 week ‘cleanse’ as I called it, I actually enjoy food even more than what I did before! The key difference is that this time, im conscious about what I put in. Never have I enjoyed raw food as much!
The hardest part about any ‘consistency’ based replacement is the mindset – especially during work. With the meal replacements, this made it easy, as I tend to work late into the evenings, the MRP product was absolutely perfect for me, and compared to some of the others out there, this had a heavily, filling feeling.

after the first 4 weeks, i simply had a meal in the evenings and switch over from a veg die to primarily paleo, it was so simple and i NEVER went hungry!
Late night snacks? Easy, just grabbed some nut butters and mixed it in with half a scoop of MRP with a few drops of water….. it was like a naughty late night nutella snack without the guilt!
I used to be a 3 coffee a day guy, and now im down to 1 and have a completely different relationship with food. Its not about the calories, but the quality of food you put in and YOR health makes it cheaper and easier than ever before for a busy person. Rarely ever did I feel hungry! Im not even kidding!
I used to really not do much except for a bit of cardio on the weekends (dancing here and there). During the first 4 weeks, all i did was get back into a dance routing with a (bollywood) dance company i used to be part of. The second 4 weeks, i decided it was time to convert the fat into muscle, so I got to the gym and started seeing a trainer twice a week for half an hour each session.
My knee (on which I have had no less than 3 surgeries on) can now withstand dancing without a knee brace and even light jogging, whereas both of those activities in the past gave me sharp knee pain for almost a week! Life will never be the same again!
