A few years ago I had started using the Yor Health products and lost about 30 lbs. while using the products. I had lost an overall 60lbs within a year I felt great with my new lifestyle of healthy eating and working out. As a single mother it’s hard to make time for the gym. I had a routine going straight to the gym after work and going home but we would get home late. I worked in the city and lived in New Jersey so the commute alone was long yet to do it with my child and still manage to do homework and make sure she ate dinner.
I realized that for a 6 year old it was a lot for her and she wasn’t getting enough rest so I had to stop going as often as I use to go. Between that time I ended up getting hurt and just a lot of things came my way I ended up getting depressed and I slacked off big time. Before I knew it a year and half later I gained most of the weight back. I was so mad at myself all that hard work and dedication went out the window. I’m the type of person that I have to diet and work out I can’t do just one or the other.
To keep a healthy lifestyle it takes a lot of motivation and dedication to start your journey. I had in my mind that I’m going to get up and start my journey. Being that I’ve done it before and I have in my mind that I will do it again and go harder to get better results than the last. Finally once things got better for me, I moved and got settled I decided to call my mentor Akini Victor to ask him about the updated products and suggest which products I should use take. After speaking with Akini I asked him about the Yor Body Challenge I felt like this would be a way to push me to get back in track. I ordered the core package to start and the Yor Repair Ultra. I would take the 1 repair and 2 Yor Slim on my way to work. Once I’m settled at work I would drink my MRP for breakfast. I would have a whole schedule on the time I would take my products and eat my food. I would take 2 Yor Slim before Breakfast, lunch and dinner. After my lunch I would take the Yor Digest Ultra. I would drink the supergreens as one of my snacks usually on the way home from work. Last for dinner I would drink the MRP right after my workout which I worked out 5-6 days a week and when I was ready for bed I would take my Yor Repair Ultra.
My goal was to lose weight I really didn’t have a set number since I was toning and losing at the same time and I understood that you can gain muscle weight. I wanted to lose pants size which I’m happy I did. I was 14-16 in pants and 2XL in shirts I’m now a 12 in pants and Large in shirts. I started the challenge at 208 and ended at 195 so lost an overall of 13lbs. I mainly lost inches which was my main goal. Joining this challenge helped me get back in track to my healthy living style and will continue to work hard on my journey.
