Hi I’m Brittney and I have just finished the 8 week challenge using the sculpt pack! I first joined Yor health because it opened so many possibilities and windows for me. Before starting the 8-week challenge I was eating healthy and training hard. However, my body wasn’t producing the results I wanted to. I think my body needed a change and the change was certainly worth it. My starting weight was 58kg and now after using the products closely I have now reached 54kg’s. My original goal weight was 53kg but I was still stoked with the results I saw within this time frame.

The best part about these products is that they offer you more than one opportunity; slim down, tone up and put on lean muscle mass, sustain more energy throughout your day and get your body to a healthy body weight without having to go without food or tough detox days.

My day was pretty simple really and I can walk you through how easy it was. I was training 4 times a week at the gym focusing on weight sessions. Everyday, upon waking, I would take my super greens mixed with the berry blast. After getting home from gym, I would have my Meal Replacement Shake and make up some really yummy smoothies (couldn’t resist after working at Boost Juice for so long). This shake was so convenient for me as I was often rushed in the morning to get ready for work and didn’t have time to make myself breakfast. I would have my lunch at around 12 with my Digest pills and then at dinnertime as well to aid in digesting my food. I would have my shake as an afternoon snack when I would usually seek any other food that was quick and available at the time. This was able to tie me over until dinnertime where I would have my usual dinner with my family. I then took my probiotics and repair ultra before heading to bed.

One thing that a lot of my friends were asking me were- “What are you eating and are you counting calories?” My reply was pretty simply, all I had to do was order my sculpt pack every 4 weeks and I was ecstatic because I knew that my shakes had low calorie intake and provided me with the nutrients, proteins, zinc that my body needed without having to go searching for it anymore. I can’t wait to see some of my other friends results after also trying and HIGHLY recommending these products to everyone and anyone of all different ages.

The Yor Health products and 8 week challenge has had a significant impact on my life as I'm able to wake up and feel great and more confident. I am able to share my amazing journey with my friends and family. My absolute favourite product would have to be the Yor Meal Replacement Shakes because they can be used in so many great ways- breakfast, snack, afternoon tea, post-workout and dessert (when I feel like something sweet).
