Throughout school I got bullied quite a lot for being the skinniest, whitest kid in my grade. Needless to say after years of that, my self esteem and confidence had long been destroyed. I realised I needed to change myself to change the response I was getting from people so I joined the Defence Force.
After 5years in the Army and still not being able to sustain a healthy body image, I was finally introduced to YOR Health.
I got involved immediately and have not looked back. After the 7months and now 4 challenges I have completed, I feel great on the inside and also have no problems wearing footy shorts and no shirt at the beach.
Yes I have fluctuated with my weight during the challenges but my body has consistently gained strength and has aesthetically continued to change which has boosted my confidence to heights unimaginable only a few months ago.
At the beginning of this Challenge I weighed in at 75kgs and am now sitting at 71kgs due to inconsistent eating. This has not been a major concern though as I have had a massive boost in strength in my legs and my Quadriceps have doubled in size which I have never seen before. Also my abdominal area has toned up more, which surprises me as I did half as much abs work compared to my previous challenge.
With the products, I would make a large shake in the morning mixed with oats, berries, cinnamon and Supergreens and drink it on the way to work.
Berry Blast came in handy every time I wasn't feeling on top of my game.
After a workout I would have another shake mixed with Supergreens.
With 2 meals a day I used Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins.
Then before bed I would take my Probiotics and Repair.
I found this combination worked best for me and my work schedule.
I worked out 3-5 times a week. This consisted of loosely following my Abstacker workout plan which involves a lot of incrementally increasing weights exercises.
I am quite happy with my progress and have way more confidence in public and at the gym knowing I have these products and this challenge backing me no matter what.
Saying that, watch this space because come next challenge, I am going to go hard at it.
