After completing my first challenge I was absolutely blown away by the results I achieved. I couldn’t wait to share my photos with friends and family. The best part of the process was seeing their reaction to my success and realising the positive effect it had on their lives. To think I could inspire and motivate others to give back to their body and join the challenge was incredible. Therefore, it was a simple choice to start my next 8-Week Best Body Challenge.
The confidence I gained from my first challenge motivated me to join a "Fitter, Faster, Stronger" challenge at my gym. In the past I would have not thought I was capable of doing this but now, with the increase in my energy levels, I can take my fitness to that next level and really push myself. Completing the YOR Best Body Challenge during Easter was particularly hard because of the delicious chocolate bunnies which always tempt me! However, I found it easy to stay on track thanks to the support from the online community via the YOR Best Body App alongside my family and friends whom had joined the challenge with me.
For this challenge I used all of the YOR Health product range. I started my morning with my Chocolate YOR Shake mixed with YOR Fibre Plus. I would take my YOR Berry Blast before my morning gym workout and YOR SuperGreens before work. Throughout the day I would take my YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR Digest Ultra before my main meals and finally YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair Ultra before bed.
During my first challenge my favourite products were the Chocolate YOR Shake and YOR Berry Blast. This time, due to increasing my physical activity, the YOR Repair Ultra really helped with my recovery and I was able to get back into my training so much faster without those aches and pains I had felt in the past.
After finishing this 8-week Challenge my weight has remained the same but I have toned more and built more lean muscle and my strength had improved greatly as I am now lifting so much more than before.
Challenge after challenge I continue to hit my health and fitness targets and I am finally happy with the progress I am making. These experiences have helped me become such a confident person and I love scrolling through all the other contestants challenge photos because it just shows how incredible the YOR health product line is but also how life changing they are.
