As I'd used some of the yor health products before but only for a short period of time and already saw results, I knew it was time to commit to the 8 week challenge!
Seeing I had a hip operation just before Christmas and was unable to exercise besides some upper body at the gym, I knew I had gained weight and wasn't happy with my body at all! My weight had always fluctuated anyway and it was really frustrating! With round one of the footy season only starting 4 days earlier than my 8 week challenge finished, this was my chance to get back into shape for the rest of the season and I knew these products could help me achieve my goal!
Every morning I took the yor super greens with a smoothie, 2 yor vitamins 3x daily, 1 digest each night with dinner as I always ate raw throughout the day, a probiotic just before bed and 2 repair straight after training. This routine was vital for me to achieve my goals and be happy with where I was.
I didn't change my training schedule and go flat out because I wanted to show everyone that not changing your routine and adding these amazing products into your lifestyle that you can still see results because they give you everything the body can't get from nutrition! I trained for football twice a week and went to the gym 3-4 times a week. My favourite products would have to be the yor repair and yor supergreens, helping me recover like crazy after training as I've always been an injury prone person who lacks the ability to back up training after training.
I couldn't thank yor health enough for providing such quality products! I've never come across anything like them before and can't believe I wasted money on many other products before that were just gimmick short term products.
Although I am still very far off my end goal, the 8 week challenge allowed me to achieve my short term goal and get in really good shape! I would recommend these products to anyone, they can be life changing. This will definitely be the first of many 8 week challenges to come!
