This challenge was definitely a game changer for me. Many times I promised myself to enter a challenge and finish it with great results but something was holding me back in every challenge and I did not understand what - until this cycle.

This cycle I made a huge change for myself. Instead of going to join another challenge with a small goal; I first created a long term goal. A reason why I could stay consistent in reaching my challenge goal.

Having that done, I planned out my very first bikini fitness competition at the end of this year in the Netherlands. A goal that inspires and motivates me to stay consistent! Besides that, I went public on social media and with all my friends and people I talked with. And not only that, I launched a weblog and started blogging about my journey. It's really what keeps me on track and I am loving it!

The YOR Health product line supported my progress very well during this challenge. Before sleeping I took the YOR Repair Ultra for better muscle recovery and that makes a world of a difference during the next day training! Together with the YOR Probiotic to make sure my digestive system stays clean and healthy. Right after waking up I can not think about anything else than the YOR Supergreens to have a great start of my day. During my training days which was 5 days a week I used the YOR complete burn before training and YOR MRP as post workout shake and the YOR Digest Ultra before my meals. And of course... the YOR Berry Blast to keep me energized during the day.

My goal was to get under need the 20% body fat at the end of this cycle. I went from 22.4% back to 20.9%. So over the last 8 weeks I lost 1.5% body fat. Regarding to the fitness competition at the end of this year; obviously I am not where I need to be, but like everything it's a process! I am grateful for seeing the improvements during this cycle and for the support the YOR Health product line gave me during the entire day! This challenge really feels as a Personal Triumph and the most important result is: I FEEL GOOD!
