Ever since I started lifting my main goal was to obtain an aesthetic physique! I was approximately 65kg before I decided to begin my journey. I've bulked up to 85kg, leaned down to 75kg but was never able to achieve my major goal.
I've been training for about 2 years now and the results I wanted just weren't showing! This is where it all started to fall apart. I lost motivation, started to eat junk food and stopped going to the gym. I knew I had to do something about this so I TRIED going to the gym, I TRIED eating healthier but nothing was working, I felt disappointed as if all this hard work I put in was getting me nowhere. Just when I was about to give up all hope my brother introduced me to YOR Health products. At first I was reluctant and just thought it was another scam, but after I went on the site and saw the epic transformations of other successful applicants, I thought to myself if they can do it, why can't I? That's when I decided to make a change! I was inspired and motivated.
After taking YOR Health products for the first week I felt full of energy. I started to set myself small goals and smash them out daily. By doing this it boosted my confidence, kept me motivated, and helped me stay on track with dieting and training. Every day I would look forwards to taking YOR Health Products, it felt like as if I was 1 step closer to reaching my major goal.

I’d go to the gym about 5-6 times a week. For my weight training I mainly did heavy compound movements and each week I’d try to either increase in weight or in repetitions. I’d train abs about 2-3 times a week as I needed lots of conditioning to my core. Each week I started to notice a difference within myself and within my physique. Hard work really did pay off.

This is how my diet looked like while using YOR Health products;

Upon rising
Metamucil daily fibre supplement

Breakfast
2 scoops of YOR MRP
1 cup of green tea
1 Multi-vitamin

Snack
1 serving of SuperGreens

Lunch
1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra
1 can of tuna
100g of broccoli
6 slices of Ingham’s Chicken Breast

Pre-Workout
I would wait approximately 2-3 hours after lunch for the food to digest then take YOR BerryBlast and wait another 20-30 mins before heading to the gym.

Post-Workout
2 scoops of YOR MRP
Low fat yoghurt
Banana
Creatine supplement
Vitamin C

Dinner
1 capsule of YOR Ultra Digest
100g Chicken breast
200g brown rice
100g mixed vegetables

Snack
1 scoop of YOR MRP
1 cup of Green tea

Before Bed
1 capsule of YOR Probiotics
1 capsule of YOR Repair Ultra

I also made sure that I drank plenty of water throughout the day (4-5L daily).
I was very consistent with my diet as I knew I was doing this for myself. Having YOR Health products made life a whole lot easier as I can pack the products, essential vitamins and bring them with me wherever I go.
After completing the 8 week challenge I can say that my life has definitely turned around for the better good. The results were truly satisfying and I’d never felt better in my life!
