Hi everyone! :D WHAT A EYE OPENING CYCLE!
Finally at the end of my third 8 week challenge!!!Knowing already these products can literally support any health goal I had decided to push my diet and training to the limit to see to what level these products could take my body.
My initial weight was of 72kg and my goal to lower my weight to (70/71) by gaining lean muscle mass but having a normal person diet, not cuts anywhere!!
I have trained 3/4 times a week not following a specific program, the training was mainly about working a different muscle group every session and super setting few exercises. I tried to keep it as general as possible as that is what most of people that go to the gym do.
I supported that training with a normal diet, which means I didn't cut anything from what I was having before. I had meals like pizzas and dinner outs. Again I wanted to see how just for having the Yor health products in my diet my body will or will not change.
I have used all the products in the range starting from the Yor berry blast to the Yor superslim.
I replaced my breakfasts only with a shake made with fruits the Yor shake, fibre supergreens and berry blast to kick start my day at the same time as having a rich breakfast.
I then had Yor Digest ultra and vitamins with lunch and dinner to help digestion. I took Yor probiotics and repair ultra upon raising in the morning and repairs again after a workout and before bed at night.
I have also used 1 or 2 superslim tablets 30 mins before meals.
Well the result of this challenge ...
My energy levels are incredible! I have been able to wake up early morning and get soo much more out of my day!! I was able to lose 2kg while eating pizzas!
My body looks like never before and I just feel absolutely great!!
Been around few friends getting sick and Nothing happened to me. Not saying it's just cos of the products but something tells me they have something to do with it as they are the only difference between my friends diet and mine!
For every person out there looking for the magic pill, stop! There is not such thing! But if you really want to help your body in felling and looking like never before, you'll need a good routine and DEFINITELY a line of products to help you supporting your goals.
