Hey YOR Friends!

Once again I am super pleased with my results of this challenge especially as this was a very unique opportunity to put the products to the test! The reason I chose these past 8 weeks to complete my second Best Body challenge was due to the fact that I would be spending time overseas on a two-week trek of Nepal.

After the previous challenge my healthy habits were deeply engrained and I was feeling great sticking to eating clean, cravings under control, lots of energy and good quality sleep. I also hadn’t had any trouble with my digestive issues for quite some time, which is one of the main reasons I am so grateful for this supplement range!
However I knew that my gut was still super sensitive and two weeks on a Nepalese diet could prove troublesome.
In the past I have been super equipped with a first aid travel kit to help me when my digestive system would start to break down, freaking out from the new food and this time was no different.

As suspected our daily diets were severely lacking in quality nutrients as fresh fruit and vegetables were not readily available.
We relied heavily on starchy carbs for our energy. Our typical meals were rice, bread, potatoes and legumes. The Nepalese also love their spices and chili, which will upset any sensitive gut.

I stuck to my regular YOR routine of; Greens and Fibre every morning, YOR Digest Ultra and Essential Vitamin with any meals and 1 Probiotic and 2 Repairs every night before bed.
I also used the Vanilla MRP for the times we had no access to food for hours on end and for replenishing my body after intense physical activity.

I am super pleased to report that I survived the trip with no major illnesses or stomach upsets and I actually felt extremely fueled and energetic every day despite the lack of a balanced diet.
Our bodies were really under strain a lot of the time and with the lack of sleep I certainly didn’t feel I had had enough time to recover yet I woke every morning alert, energetic and pumped for the day ahead!

The YOR Product range has helped me to get the most out of every moment on this adventure of a lifetime. Keeping me healthy, alert and energized so that I didn’t miss out on any of the good stuff!
