I started the challenge with the goal of loosing a total of 6kg and used the full YOR Health range based on the Sculpt plan.
I would start the day with the YOR SuperGreens, YOR Berry Blast and YOR Fiber Plus and when training in the morning I would have a post-workout shake of the YOR Shake with banana, coconut water and almond milk.
Throughout the day I would consume 2-3lt of water and would usually have another shake with YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Shake around lunch time.
I would have some fruit, nuts and other healthy snacks during the day with a healthy meal for dinner.
I would take the YOR Essential Vitamin with the shakes as well as dinner and would take the YOR Digest Ultra with my evening meal. Just before bed I would have the YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair.
My training included morning walks on some mornings with 2-3 weights sessions a week as I wanted to be realistic what what someone with a busy working lifestyle could maintain.
While the weight I dropped doesn't hit the goal I had set for myself I am still very happy with the results I achieved. Over the 8 weeks I increased my lean muscle mass, gained strength and noticed my body composition changing not only from the visual changes but also the body scan results.
Over the 8 weeks my skin-fold based body fat percentage reduced by 3.5% and my lean muscle mass increased. I gained definition in my upper body, which has always been a hard place for me to reduce fat and increase muscle, but I'm happy with these results coming through now. My overall weight reduced from 100.8kg to a level 96 so a total of 4.8kg of mass lost, but a significant increase in the muscle gained.
With sticking to this for the full 8 weeks I noticed a big change in my mental focus as well as slept alot better than previously.
Even though I didn't achieve the overall loss I was hoping for, the results I have achieved have put me in a great position to keep on going and developed some very healty and positive habits over this time.
