WOW! I am totally blown away with my results. I thought that I may have lost a few KG's because of the comments I have had on people saying wow Lauren you are looking great, but normally when I get that its because my skin is looking better.' after comparing the photos I now know different. 7.7lg's in total.
Oh yea for those that don't know my journey I have suffered my entire life with sever eczema to the point where I was hospitalised for it, always tired run down, sick allergies, hay fever...I could go on but that would probably bore you, but it was my life. I had accepted that this was just the 'normal' way to live always being tired, run down, lethargic, grumpy and moody Apparently this is not how you should be feeling I found out last year when I was introduced to Yor Health by a dear friend. He gave me 4 days worth of green samples and within these 4 days the redness and itching had reduced dramatically. So naturally it was a no brainer to sign up and start using the products. Over 12 months later (and almost 19KG's down)I decided to give the challenge a crack.
During my challenge I took repair in the morning with my greens as soon as I got out of bed. On the days I was going to the gym I would add a berry blast into the mix. For Breakfast I would usually have a fruit smoothie however there were days that I would be running out the door to do the school drop off and wouldn't have time to make or clean up the mess of a smoothie so I used to love the convenience of being able to throw a few scoops of the MRP into one of the shakers, give it to my 6 year old son get him to add some water and shake it up (and he loved helping mummy get healthy by doing it)I would drop Preston off to school and return home to start my studies3 - 3 times a week would go to the gym or a walk (around 5km)The gym was nothing strenuous it was mainly just some light cardio and some general resistance training on the machines. I was in and out within an hour. After I went to the gym I would have an MRP as a post workout.
One product I can not live without is my digest. I take one of these with every meal or I feel like a big carpet snake and just want to curl up and sleep.
If I started to feel that mid afternoon slump I would have another greens and I found that I would get a huge pick me up and be back to bouncing again. The further I got into this challenge the less I found myself having the greens mid afternoon for that pick me up and started to have because I just love them! Just before bedtime it was a repair and s probiotics.
Just over 1/2 way through the challenge I was speaking with another rep who has completed a couple of 8 week challenges and it was recommended that I start to take the vitamins and the super slim so I used to take the 2 multivitamins at dinner time and 2 superslims around lunch time. I started to notice that I was sleeping better and not waking throughout or tossing as much. I don't put it down to adding these two products into my routine but to this complete system working together as one and my body getting into the best shape it has ever been in.
Completing this challenge has given me much more clarity on what I want my body to look and feel like as well as I find myself standing taller and am much more confident within myself. I truly deep deep down with all my heart believe that everyone should give the 8 week challenge a crack and I wish I had done it earlier. Thank you YOR HEALTH!
