To begin with, I am very happy with my results at the YOR Best Body 8-week Challenge.
I had a horse riding accident 5 years ago. In 2008, I was competing in the Swiss junior team. That day, I had a training session in Germany. Suddenly, we didn’t know what happened, it was happening too fast. The horse fell on me (about 600kg)!
Unfortunately, I got a severe brain trauma. I’d been operated and I was one month in a coma. I became paralyzed: I could neither walk nor move properly. In addition, I couldn’t speak, memorize or think clearly to solve a problem. I lost everything.
Then, I fought every day to come back. I had many ups, like sitting on my horse again, and downs, when I was in a deep depression. During that terrible period, I just wanted to give up and die. However, when my mind said no, my heart said yes: I decided to continue fighting until I would have a better life. My motto: “never give up”. Persevere come what may. From that moment, I saw a light at the end of this long dark tunnel. I was determined to have all possible therapy treatment.
Today, my disabilities are: balance and coordination, and vision impairment (I lost 50% of my field of vision, which means I am unable to see anything on my left side, and I permanently have double vision resulting in the fact that I can’t see distances and height. After the accident, I was continuously tired. For example, I didn’t have the energy for more than one hour when I had to concentrate. It wasn’t funny at all, but I had to put up with it. People said that it was normal to be always tired after brain injury. But I couldn’t accept that. I desperately looked for solutions…
And I found one!! A friend of mine introduced me to YOR Health products. First, I was sceptical because I didn’t believe it could change something. However, I decided to try a set of 7 products for one month. That was the best thing I had ever done! It would have been stupid not to have tried! The products help me a lot and they are now part of my life! I love them so much that I have tested all the products to optimize my well-being.
What is fantastic, is that I have less pain and my joints hurt less. So it’s easier now to continue my sports career, as I don’t have as many limitations as before. Also, I have solved the problem of tiredness. And I was also able to build muscle. Today, I am a lot more energetic! I can do a full program, go through a day with many appointments, carry on my part-time studies at college, and do the YOR Best Body 8-week challenge which has just come to an end! I’ve been very motivated while doing it!
As I am travelling a lot in Switzerland, I cannot train every day. However, at every training, I set a goal in order to be more motivated to achieve it. Whatever happens, I will continue in this way .
Today, I am happy with the live I lead!

You know, this challenge in life I had to go through was very painful and terrible, but at the same time I was able to take something positive from it: I learned a lot about the values in life. It is all about how you deal with it. You need to keep going, be determined, have a strong will and a lot of motivation. That will help you to achieve your goals.
