I’m so proud of myself and all that I’ve achieved in my body transformation! From 64.6kgs to 60.8kgs over my 8 weeks. Although falling just over 1kg of my goal weight it doesn’t bother me in the slightest as Ive gained more muscle than I thought and my measurements have dropped dramatically, with 6cm off my bust, 5cm off my waist and 7cm off my hips and dropped from a large size 10 clothing to a comfortable size 8 (squeezing into jeans from when I was 14 years old!!)
Before starting with YorHealth I had already lost 10kgs on my own, but had hit a wall of frustration seeing no results week after week of putting in the hard work! After being recommended YourHealth I thought why not just give it a go. Thanks to this program my total weight loss over the last year is now 14kgs and over 3 dress sizes, from a large size 14 to a now comfortable size 8 (NZ/Aus sizing).
As a full time University student, my budget limited the range of products I was using but I still enjoyed them all the same. I’d start my day with a YORCompleteBurn before my MRP shake with YORSuperGreens for breakfast, usually mixing with berries and spinach to keep me going through the morning. Replaced my mid morning coffee with a berryblast and another MRP shake for lunch. Id take a YOURDigestUltra with my afternoon snack and another with dinner. My favourite products would have to be the Super Greens in my morning shake, they would full me up to keep me going all morning and it was like my body was saying thank you for all the nutrition it craved! It was incredible how much it would satisfy my hunger which I LOVED! Also, the BerryBlast was a favourite of mine as it would satisfy any sugar cravings I would have and helped me get through the crazy study periods and late nights spent at University.
My YorHealth family support has been by far the best thing about my 8 week challenge! Having my trainer guide me and teach me about the products and understanding how my body works, the encouragement I received kept me strong, especially my 5th week when I felt myself loosing motivation. Having group workouts twice a week gave the encouragement I needed throughout the rest of the week. I kept to a 5-6day training program throughout the whole 8 weeks, mixture of weight training, high intensity training and cardio training.
Its been an amazing journey of learning and understanding my body so I can achieve my desired results as well as maintain them!
