Before I started yor health, my health and fitness was a mess to say the least!! I was drinking 5-6 cups of coffee and drinking between 1-2 redbulls/day just to try keep up with our four children.. problem was the crash, the headaches, the mood swings, having no patients what so ever! I found myself smoking a 25 pack of cigarettes/day, snapping about even the little things and I knew it had to stop. Chronic fatigue was creeping up on me and I was starting to realise just how bad my health and fitness was!!
That's when I stumbled on Yor health through another mum at the school. I heard 'more energy' and knew that was me, that was exactly what I was looking for, NATURAL energy without the terrible side effects. I told my hubby about it and he was also excited to start a new chapter, a healthier chapter! Being an ex military nurse, health and fitness is nothing new to me.. however it somehow got lost over the years and my focus was on everyone else, not myself. What I didn't realise was that everyone else needs me to function to my full potential in order for life itself to run like a well oiled machine!!
This challenge was exactly what we both needed to get back on track with our health. I no longer drink coffee or any other energy drinks (I just don't feel the need to), and after my first week on the products I found that cigarettes also tasted foul, so I stopped smoking and feel AMAZING! I can't show you how I feel on the inside, I wish I could! I have never felt so good in my life!! My sore shoulder from years ago which would impede on my push ups has highly improved. I was only able to do about 4 when I started as it would hurt my shoulder too much, now I can do 25 in a row at least!! I take all the yor health products, I believe that they have SAVED me and given me my youth back again!
We found the we had so much energy that we were actually exercising every morning when our baby woke at 05:00hrs... usually I would be like a zombie and drag myself out and give her a bottle... instead I am so excited now to bounce out of bed, have a berry blast and crack on with a work out!! UNREAL!! I didn't even do that when I was in the ARMY!!
I can't thank the awesome people involved with Yor health enough, you guys rock!! and I'm so excited to start my next challenge!!
