When people enter a 8 week challenge you don't expect to be thrown every single life challenge your way at the same time.
I set out with the goal to lean down and build muscle mass. I started on 53.2kgs aiming to be about 52kgs. However, my final weigh in was 51kgs making my weight loss greater than expected.
I was challenged several times during the 8 weeks by having significant amounts of stressed causes from being made redundant, having to find a new job and attending about 10 interviews in one week, and having my flat mate move out unexpectedly and immediately without explanation.
My past history had shown that I was unable to handle even the minimal amount of stress. I feel as though taking my products (Yor Shake, Berry Blast, Super Greens, Probiotics, and Digestive Enzymes) continuously everyday helped me ensure my digestive health and weight loss hasn't been impacted by the stress and occasionally bad eating habits during this challenge.
Due to the significant amount of time involved in resolving my challenges I literally had no time left to workout after driving backwards and forwards between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Once a upon a time I would have gained weight and been complaining about having no energy in this type of stressful situation. I am pleased to advise that I am happy with my results despite not having been able to tone up as hoped. But I have proved to myself that I can do this even under extreme stress and that I have changed my habits forever.
I have learnt that:
- Energy and digestive health is important.
- The foods we eat impact on metabolism and hormone levels
- Exercise gives you endorphins keeping you happy and motivators
I am pleased to say that I have ended my challenge on a high by getting betting results than expected and being offered a new role and I won't get anything hold me back from my dreams and goals.
I now have hope that I will be able to immediately enter another challenge and get my entire life back on track.
