Hi, thanks for checking out my profile! I am so stoked to be writing this testimonial as I finally completed my first 8-week challenge. While I didn't do as well as I'd have liked and as I planned due to many reasons, discussed below, I did have pretty great results and hope you agree. My starting weight was 146. My goal weight was 135. My end weight was 138. Beyond the weight loss I had significant inch loss and dropped at least 1-2 clothing sizes depending on the brand.

First of all, I am a trial attorney and run/own my own law firm. That alone keeps me ridiculously busy and struggling to find time to exercise let alone prep meals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It also affects my energy levels, mental clarity and focus and eating habits. This has always been a challenge for me with my high pressure/high stress job and I found I was getting sick a lot over the years. Therefore I was always looking for the best supplements or quick fixes that saturate the market, none of which really worked or had long term results.

I was also an athlete performing at a pretty high level from the age of 6 through college, then kept very active, thereafter, with Crossfit, outdoor boot camps, running, weight-lifting, you name it. Then I had a catastrophic knee injury and nerve injury in 2004 which essentially sidelined me from doing most of the activities and sports I enjoyed. I've been a chronic pain patient for 11 years now and have had four major knee surgeries since 2009, the most recent being a partial knee replacement in September 2013. I've been able to find things that I could do for exercise but have struggled with wanting to be able to (1) have my body perform; (2) push my body to do whatever I asked; (3) have energy and feel good enough to be consistently active again; and (4) be pain free. I've also struggled with my weight since the injury due to the lack of mobility, pain and then recuperation from the major surgeries, several of which I was immobilized and unable to bend my knee for 6 weeks.

Then I was introduced to YOR Health in June of 2014. I noticed immediate results on the FIRST day and thought I was crazy and it was a placebo effect or something. Then it just kept getting better and better and I knew I had just found gold. Using the products, my energy levels were through the roof, I wasn't hitting a wall mentally or physically mid-afternoon anymore, I was more mentally clear and able to focus on the tasks at hand, I was performing better in my workouts, I was overall generally more happy, things that used to eat at me would just roll off my shoulders, I lost weight and leaned out with little to no effort, my upset stomach issues disappeared, and most importantly, after 5 weeks on the products I became pain-free for the first time in 10 years!!! This, to me, is absolutely priceless and will ensure I am a YOR customer for life. I started promoting YOR two months after starting the product line because of my results and how they literally changed my life.

Now for this challenge. I registered for the challenge with the intent to work out 5-6 days a week, eating 100% clean with no cheats and really just see how lean and toned I could get my body. I did great the first two weeks, then I began preparing for a trial, which entailed really long hours of work, seven days a week and a ridiculous amount of stress. Also two weeks in, my favorite Aunt passed away suddenly from a heart attack and I had to travel back home and essentially lost 12 or so days being stuck in a small town and dealing with the grief and family obligations a death entails. I came home with high hopes of getting back into the gym and cleaning out my diet, but it just didn't happen. I maybe worked out once a week, if I was lucky. That doesn't mean I was lazy, just that I live a very busy lifestyle and had difficulty adjusting back into a routine. Thank goodness for the YOR products, because they kept me healthy and leaning out despite my lack of exercise and hard core dieting. That alone is a testament to the quality and efficacy of the YOR product line and the NDS enzyme delivery system. Your body truly can perform at optimal levels when given what it needs. My results are proof of that.

My daily regimen consists of the following:
Upon waking I take one Complete Burn capsule. Then I have my shake which is one scoop of SuperGreens, one scoop Fiber, one packet of Berry Blast and One scoop of the Chocolate MRP Shake in 8 ounces of water.

If I had breakfast, it would usually consist of 1/2 cup egg whites and 1/4 cup cream of rice or grits with 1/4-1/2 cup blueberries. Lunch and dinner would vary from chicken and brown rice/red potatoes to tilapia and asparagus.

I would have a second Complete Burn at lunch some days and always have one Digest Ultra with any cooked or processed meal. I would sometimes have one scoop of the Chocolate MRP Shake for a late afternoon meal.

Before bed I would take one Probiotic Ultra and two Repair Ultra with 8 ounces of water. I also try to drink a gallon of alkaline water a day. And that's it.

I am beyond grateful for finding YOR. The products have changed my health, my life and my body in tremendous ways. I'm trying to expand YOR into the western United States and would love to bring home a win or a placing to give some social proof in these parts to those interested or potentially interested in the YOR products and the challenge so they too can experience the life transforming effect of the YOR Health product line.
