Hello YOR best body community I am very happy for my results in this cycle of the Challenge. I've been a devoted YOR Health customer for 1 year now and have always loved the results, I can confidently trust in the YOR Health products to support my body and my family health in general I have 2 kids 7 years and 2 years and no longer being worry about my kids getting sick with allergies or asthma in this time of the year is really a bless that is why we love YOR SUPERGREENS My kids call it the green power to get strong like the incredible Hull.
Since being introduced to YOR Health products I can honestly say I feel like a different person. My energy levels are in the sky, I am so much more confident with my body, my sleeping has improved, my digest system is working like a brand new car, my skin feels clearer and as a result I am so much happier. I have never seen my body changing so fast, being so strong and feeling so light and energized trough the whole day.
I started this challenge weighing 140 pounds now I’m 133 pounds 7 pounds less however, what impressed me most was that I was able to decrease my body fat percentage by 10% I was 35% now I’m 25% so incredible for me because I couldn’t exercise in the last 4 weeks due to a little problem in my ovaries, so I just keep taking the products but I was a little down that in my eyes I didn't change anything but when I see the before picture and my husband did the measure in the body fat % I couldnt believe Im so happy with my results.
I always start my day with my YOR SuperGreens ,YOR Fiber and Berry Blast I love the taste of the 3 things together with a lot of ice is the perfect drink for the summer and is healthy plus give me the energy of 10 cups of coffee for the whole day without the back effects of the caffeine after that I have a regular breakfast, lunch and dinner from the options in the thermo-slim program which make my life so much easier because is a easy guide to follow it’s tell me exactly what products I need and how to eat according to my goal(I like the part of the food list make my life so easier) I always take my digest and the YOR Essential Vitamins to keep me on track with my daily nutrient intake with my main meals, I really enjoy the taste of vanilla yor shake I drink it every day as a snack in the afternoon. I used to do a 30 mins video in youtube of HIIT 3 days a week and after that I drink my yor shake vanilla with one spoon of peanut butter, this is like a treat for me after my exercises. I always finish my day with a yor probiotics and a yor repair which really help me with my overall pains I have found they help me get an amazing sleep and repair my body for the next day.
Now I can said that really our bodies good health are a result of 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Now and ready for the summer;) I can’t wait to be back to exercise and do a next challenge I feel very motivated to keep on being fit and healthier inside and outside now I know that I can do more.
