All it takes is a decision! I have always wanted to be a part of the YOR Best Body Grand Championship. I did not know that you must place in an 8 Week Challenge group prior to entering the Grand Championship this year. I was actually a couple of weeks into my challenge already when a friend told me. It was in that moment that I decided to really commit to get fit.

I have done things in this challenge that I have never done before. I have probably eaten more grilled chicken in this 8 Week Challenge than I have in my life! I was more committed with my diet and workout regimen than ever before. I use to yearn for "cheat meals," but I found it was not tempting at all because I had a bigger goal, a bigger picture in mind.

This 8 Week Challenge also introduced me to one of my new favorite YOR Health product: the YOR Super Slim. One of my team members told me how the ingredients inside the Super Slim are sought after by fitness models and professionals. I added the YOR Super Slim into my daily regimen. Each morning I start with the "Power Shake" (YOR Choc. Shake + Fiber + Supergreens) 30 minutes after taking YOR Probiotics, Repair and Vitamins upon waking. I would hit the gym for about an hour, and then right after my workout, I would have another Power Shake. I also used YOR Digest Ultra with each meal that I ate.

Normally, I would go to the gym and work out by myself. I didn't feel as if I was making the progress that I wanted in my challenge, so I enlisted the help of a past 8 Week Challenge winner. Working out with him pushed me and popped my lid in the gym. We worked out together 5-6 days a week. I was about 170 pounds before starting my challenge; now I am 165 pounds, but I was able to have more mass now than when I was 170. My body has never looked better than it does now, but I am still not satisfied. Just because my challenge has ended, my workout regimen and eating habits won't change because I have my eyes on the bigger prize: the Grand Championship. Truly, the hardest part of this challenge, will be waiting for the results to see if I have placed in my group. After this challenge, I really feel like nothing is impossible!
